On the nose expect sweet peat, ripe red cherry and creamy vanilla fudge. The palate bursts with juicy mandarin before indulgent blackcurrant jam and layers of rich smoky embers. The finish is warming, and brims with cinnamon and clove spice, coastal salinity and lingering peat smoke.

On the nose, we find the dram to be bursting with orange zest, honey and walnut, with hints of brown sugar, baking spice and aniseed. On the palate, the dram is a complex one. With cinnamon and barley sugar dominating the taste profile, and following into a lighter finish of hibiscus and candied orange peel.
