Torabhaig Special Release is a heavily peated Whisky Shop exclusive! This island single malt is made with concerto malted barley with an in-grain phenols level of 78+ PPM, and fermented with Pinnacle MG and Anchor Yeasts. The delicious dram was crafted by maturing the liquid in a marriage of Madiera, Bourbon and Refil Whisky casks. With a limited release of 745 bottles, this whisky sits at 61.5% abv.

Expect notes of marzipan, coffee beans, peat smoke and citrus.

Taigh (“house” in Scottish Gaelic) marks Torabhaig’s first permanent core release, and represents the distillery’s signature style of what they describe as “Smoke with Taste.” A lightly peated single malt, this whisky was matured in a combination of first-fill bourbon, refill bourbon, and Madeira casks, and bottled at 46% abv. without chill filtration or added colour.

The nose offers seaside embers, baked apple, maple syrup, and gentle raisin richness, whilst the palate delivers soft smoke, vanilla custard, toasted almond, and sweet dried fruits. The finish is warming and persistent, with cinnamon, clove, and a gentle lingering smoke.

Since 1959, Tormore has produced fruit forward new make spirit, and in preparation for the 2026 reimagining of this liquid, they have produced not only a series of special pre-release bottlings, focusing on legacy single casks, but a ‘work in progress’ series, Blueprint, which gives a sneek peak into the some of the building blocks that will make up Tormore single malts in the future.

The Tormore Blueprint 10 Year Old Cream Sherry Cask sits at 48% abv, and brings new and exciting notes of cream sherry cask mauration, enhanced and amplified by the unique creation process of Tormore.

Tormore Blueprint collection explores the future flavour profile through curated small batch expressions, each highlighting a distinct wood influence. From soft stone fruits to spiced oak and delicate sherry richness, each bottle offers a snapshot of what’s to come, rooted in the whisky’s historic charm and crafted character. Much of this style is driven by the fruit driven wash but also created by the large purifiers on each still that allow for maximum reflux and copper contact. 

The Tormore Blueprint 10 Year Old Toasted Barrel sits at 48% abv, and brings the notes typical of a bourbon barrel mauration, enhanced and amplified by the unique creation process of Tormore. 

Velvet fig is a small-batch blended malt from Wemyss Malts that is packed with aromatic fruit flavour and a smooth, complex oak character. Comprised of a make up of 55% first fill ex-sherry European oak hogsheads and 45% first fill ex-sherry European butts, the colour is a natural mahogany, left free from chill filtration and bottled at a strength of 46% abv limited to 9,750 bottles.

The nose opens with blackberries and milk chocolate and a whiff of roasted walnuts and marzipan. The palate has baked figs, Medjool dates and apricots with hints of winter spices ending with a luxurious mouthfeel of bold spice and oak influence.

Smoky Shores is a limited edition dram from Wemyss Malts. This blended malt is powerfully peaty and will bring back memories of beach bonfires. Bottled at 46%, this seaside malt is highly limited with just 5,525 bottles produced.

Menthol and strong peat smoke fill the nose. The palate is citrusy with notes of white pepper. The finish is long and full of sea salt and black coffee.

Presenting Whisky Sponge Edition No.96, a Bruichladdich expression which has been aged for 19 years in a first-fill bourbon barrel. With a yield of just 206 bottles, the cask was decanted at a natural cask strength of 55.8% abv.

Expect a nose that’s fatty, peppery, and waxy, with creamy coastal brightness. The palate is thick and oily, balancing marine and mineral notes with sweet, creamy tones. The finish is long, warming, and complex, with peppery, floral, and herbal hints.

A unique Glen Garioch expression bottled by Decadent Drinks as part of their Whisky Sponge collaboration. The Highland expression has been matured for 33 years in a refill hogshead, and bottled at 44.6% abv. The tongue-in-cheek design depicts their signature character as the Mona Lisa, adorning each of their highly exclusive 145 bottles.

On the nose we find sweet and herbal notes, leading to flavours tropical fruits and honey on the palate, with a touch of tobacco and brown sugar. 

From independent bottlers, Whisky Works, this unique Speyside single malt was distilled at a lost distillery in Carron, Imperial. First aged for two decades in American oak casks, Whisky Works have treated the dram to a seven-month finish in 20-year-old Cognac casks. A limited run of just 1593 bottles, bottled at 47.1% abv.

Expect fresh and herbal aromas on the nose, with notes of violets, rose water, fresh cut grass and green apple. The palate shines with flavours of citrus, strawberries and cream, milk chocolate and brandy snaps, completing the sweet and floral profile of this exqusite Speyside dram.

This exceptional Springbank 30 Year Old Single Cask Whisky is a rare masterpiece, distilled in 1994 and aged for three decades in a refill sherry hogshead. Bottled at natural cask strength (48.8% ABV), it is one of only 247 bottles, making it a true collector’s item. Whiskyland Chapter Seven celebrates the rich heritage of Campbeltown and Jerez, intertwining sherry bodega influences with the iconic Springbank character.

Expect a harmonious nose of earthy sherry, coastal notes, and soft peat smoke, leading to a velvety palate with old Oloroso, waxy tones, and a subtle hint of dark fruit. The finish is beautifully long, herbal, and peaty, leaving a lasting impression of nutty, rancio sherry elegance.
