White Heather 21-Year-Old was blended by the expert distillers at Glenallachie, with an exceptional degree of craft and care. Matured in a combination of Pedro Ximenez and Oloroso sherry puncheons, in addition to Appalachian virgin oak casks, for long slumber of 21 years. Bottled at 48%.

On the nose, we find aromas of beeswax, brown sugar, and peat smoke. Moving onto the palate, flavours of citrus, charred oak, cinder toffee and honey dominate and last long into the finish. 

Inspired by the darker wintered Moorland of Scotland, this blended whisky is made up of Highland and Speyside single malts, and Lowland grain whisky which has been matured for a minimum of 23 years in a combination of American and European oak casks. The whiskies were then treated to a period of finishing in Oloroso Sherry casks, to bring a rich depth of character to the expression. Presented at 42% abv.

On the palate, an epic landscape of rich oak, deep vanilla and mellow sherry spice.

Presented at 46% abv, free from chill filtration and at natural colour.

The nose is full of soft sherry sweetness, along with vanilla and oak, leading to a palate of chocolate covered raisins, caramel, sweet spice and charred oak. On the close, we find silky tannins coupled with a lasting fruity sweetness.
