Complete with The GlenAllachie’s new branding, this antique single malt exudes sheer Sherry-matured sophistication. Master Distiller Billy Walker carefully selected three Pedro Ximénez and two Oloroso casks from amongst an enviable inventory of ultra-aged stocks, to create this truly magnificent 30-year-old whisky. Bottled at a cask strength of 49.1% abv, free from chill filtration and at natural colour.

On the nose, dark chocolate intertwines with honeycomb and raisin butter, alongside hints of muscovado sugar, plum and glazed almonds. The palate brings rich cocoa, heather honey and chocolate raisins, followed by baking spices, molasses, with hints of Black Forest gateau, grape must and orchard fruits.

The oldest whisky ever bottled by the revered Speyside distillery, we present The Glenallachie 35 Year Old. Master Distiller Billy Walker has hand-selected six outstanding casks holding whisky dating back to the summer of 1989 for this landmark release: three Pedro Ximénez, one Oloroso and two virgin oak casks. Encased in a lavish oak box, the distinguished, antique single malt has been bottled at 48% abv, free from chill filtration and at natural colour.

On the nose, there are aromas of cinnamon, heather honey, mocha and pineapple, with hints of pomegranate and eucalyptus. The palate brings opulent notes of spiced caramel, rich espresso, tropical fruits and dark chocolate truffles, before a spicy finish of nutmeg and cloves.

Celebrating the first ever distillate produced under Master Distiller Billy Walker, The GlenAllachie 50th Anniversary Future Edition is not only a limited release, but the first peated release from this distillery.

A young spirit at just 4 years old, the single malt enjoyed a long fermentation of 160 hours before continuing its maturation in former Rye and Bourbon barrels, as well as virgin oak casks. The end result is presented at natural cask strength of 60.2%, with no chill filtration. Using peat harvested from the mainland, this naturally coloured bottling is sweet and smoky, with a palate of stewed orchard fruits and pipe tobacco.

Batch Three of The GlenAllachie Virgin Oak Series are all first matured in American oak ex-bourbon casks, with an additional maturation for approximately 18 months in a variety virgin oak casks: Scottish, Hungarian and Spanish oak. Each of these three woods react uniquely with the GlenAllachie spirit, adding texture, depth and variety.

In this Hungarian Oak release, the liquid is aged for a total of seven years, with finishing casks crafted from desirable, tight-grained oak from the Zemplén forest in the northwestern mountains of Hungary. Aromatic and silky smooth, this is one of the first drams ever finished in this rare wood.

From The GlenAllachie’s limited edition Sherry Cask Series, bottled as a part of their Wood Collection, this nine-year-old single malt has been initially aged in American oak bourbon barrels, before being treated to a finish in expertly selected Amontillado sherry casks. A drier Sherry style, Amontillado undergoes biological and oxidative ageing to develop a richer colour and more robust characteristics. Bottled at 48% abv, the whisky is free from chill filtration and at natural colour. 

Expect aromas of soft orchard fruits, cinnamon and heather honey on the nose, which are joined by butterscotch, hazelnuts and dark tobacco in time. The palate shines with flavours of honeycomb, maraschino cherries and dried apricots, followed by touches of poached pears, mixed nuts and cinnamon which linger on into the finish.

From The GlenAllachie’s limited edition Sherry Cask Series, bottled as a part of their Wood Collection, this nine-year-old single malt has been initially aged in American oak bourbon barrels, before being treated to a finish in expertly selected Fino sherry casks. The driest style of Sherry, Fino is notable for its pale appearance. Bottled at 48% abv, the whisky is free from chill filtration and at natural colour. 

The nose opens with aromas of nutmeg, heather honey and vanilla extract which develop into butterscotch, green apple, stone fruits and roasted almonds. On the palate, lashings of dried apricots, honeycomb and butterscotch mellow into touches of baking spices, marzipan and caramel. Touches of orchard fruits and citrus reveal themselves in the especially satisfying finish.

Aged in Oloroso Butt number 710 for its entire 40-year duration, this spectacular Glendronach expression was distilled in 1972 and was bottled at natural cask strength of 49% abv in 2012.

After a 28-year maturation in an Oloroso puncheon, this expression was bottled in 2021 at 54.8% abv. Just 654 bottles of this deep auburn dram were produced.

Aromas of rich brown sugar and blackberries come to meet the nose. More decadent flavours come in the palate with hints of honey and red grape arising. The finish is wonderfully nutty and slightly spicy.

After spending 28 years maturing in an Oloroso puncheon, this single malt was bottled in 2021 at 55.2% abv. Just 688 bottles of this deep burgundy expression were produced.

Rich fruit notes appear on the nose, with dates and raisins at the forefront. This fruitiness continues in the well-rounded palate with strong notes of blackcurrant and dark chocolate appearing. The finish is particularly satisfying, with notes of walnut and coffee appearing at the close.

This expression spent 28 years slumbering in a Pedro Ximenez puncheon. Distilled in 1993, the dram was finally bottled in 2021 at 52.8% abv and boasting a natural dark walnut colour. Just 672 bottles of this single malt were produced.

There is plenty of fruit on the nose of this expression, with black grape and cherry leading the charge. On the palate, the rich cherry notes continue alongside hints of black truffle before leading into a sweet and luxurious finish.
