On the nose, the whisky boasts notes of toasted oats, liquorice and heather honey, with hints of cardamom, black truffle and ginger. On the palate, waves of spiced heather honey flavours, alongside aniseed and strawberry jam, followed by nutty and spicy notes on the close.
