This Symington’s Choice bottling from Signatory Vintage’s Cask Strength Collection hails from Longmorn distillery in Speyside. Aged for 19 years in a first-fill Oloroso sherry butt, the single malt has been presented at a massive 62.6% abv. One of only 619 bottles.

A very rare Macallan, distilled a quarter of a century ago in 1997, this bottling is released as a part of Signatory Vintage’s Cask Strength Collection. Matured for its entire lifetime in a single first-fill Oloroso sherry butt, and bottled at a bold 54.8% abv. The bottle is one of only 649. 

This bottling from Signatory Vintage was distilled at Mannochmore in 2014 was aged for 11 years in 1st fill PX quarter casks and refill hogsheads before being presented at 100 Proof (57.1% abv) as this #51 release. 

This bottling from Signatory Vintage was distilled at Miltonduff in 2011 was aged for 14 years in 1st fill Oloroso sherry hogsheads and 1st fill Oloroso sherry butss before being presented at 100 Proof (57.1% abv) as this #54 release. 

Part of Signatory Vintage’s ‘Symington’s Choice’ range, showcasing the very best malts around, this 17 year old Mortlach liquid from cask #203 was bottled at 56.7% abv in 2025 after spending its maturation period in hand selected Oloroso sherry butts.

The resulting creation is complex and layered, striking a harmonious balance between the traditional punch and depth of Mortlach’s typical offerings, and a subtle sherry sweetness.

Bottled by Signatory Vintage as part of their Un-Chillfiltered Collection, this is a twelve-year-old Mortlach that is bound to impress. Distilled on 10th December 2009, the expression was laid to rest in a trio of hogsheads before being bottled at 46% abv on 14th April 2022. The dram is free from both artificial colouring and chill filtration.

Aromas of cooking spices, cinnamon, and Demerara sugar meet the nose. The palate is smooth and earthy with welcome hints of rich honey. The finish is full of vanilla, malt, and clove. A decadent Speyside single malt.

Distilled in 1973, the expression was matured in a refill sherry butt before being bottled at 51.6% abv.
