Bottled as a part of Signatory Vintage’s Cask Strength Collection, this mystery Speyside (M) whisky has been matured for 17 years in a first-fill Oloroso sherry butt, after being laid down in 2005. One of only 634 bottles, the expression is a robust 61.0% abv., so may call for a few drops of water to further unlock its wonderful flavour.

Distilled in 2005 and bottled in 2023, this mystery Speyside release was aged in a single first-fill Oloroso sherry butt (DRU17/A106 #38). Limited to 408 bottles at a strength of 61.5% abv.

Bottled by Signatory Vintage, this Secret Speyside expression has been aged for 15 years within a single bourbon hogshead, before being decanted in 2009 into a limited number of bottles. Presented at a hefty 58.6% abv, this limited-edition dram is exclusive to The Whisky Shop.

Signatory Vintage Speyside (M) 2010 14 Year Old Small Batch #16 is a captivating single malt whisky from an undisclosed Speyside distillery, offering exceptional depth and character. After 14 years of maturation in first and second fill Oloroso sherry casks, this limited release is bottled at 48.2% ABV with no added colour and non-chill filtered, preserving its natural richness. 

On the nose, it presents an opulent bouquet bursting with rich dried fruits, while the palate reveals waves of dark cherries, stewed plums, and blackcurrants, before finishing with a long, warming,  sherried depth.

Bottled by Signatory Vintage, this mystery Speysider (M) has been matured for 12 years within a small batch of first-fill Oloroso sherry butts. Presented at 48.2% abv, free from chill filtration and at natural colour.

The Signatory Vintage Speyside (M) 2011 14 Year Old Small Batch #20 was bottled in 2026 a bold 48.2% abv. Matured in a combination of 1st Fill Sherry Hogsheads and Refill Bourbon Barrels before receiving a final finish in 1st Fill Pedro Ximénez Butts, the whisky is a testament to Speyside’s whisky legacy.

Expect generous notes of dried fruit, dark chocolate, and sultana on the nose, with a palate of treacle, ripe plum, and warming winter spice, finishing long and honeyed with a gentle oakiness.

Bottled by Signatory Vintage as a part of their Small Batch Collection, this limited edition single malt hails from Speyside (TAM). The whisky was matured for 11 years by the esteemed independent bottlers in a single first-fill Bolgheri Hogshead. Presented at 48.2% abv, free from chill filtration and at natural colour.
