An independent bottling from Signatory as part of their Un-Chillfiltered Collection, this twelve-year-old expression hails from Glen Elgin. Distilled on 16th September 2009, the whisky matured in a pair of hogsheads before bottling at 46% abv on 15th April 2022. 

An exceptional Glen Mhor single malt released by Signatory Vintage as part of their Cask Strength collection. This wonderfully well-aged whisky was laid to rest in 1965 in a refill butt. It enjoyed a long slumber before being transferred to an Oloroso cask for a seven year finish. Just 353 bottles were filled in January 2016 at 47.1% abv, free from artificial colouring. Expect flavours of baking spices, peppermint, and barbecued meat.

An outstanding bottle of The GlenAllachie independently released by Signatory Vintage. This Speyside dram was matured for twelve years in a first fill sherry butt before being bottled in June 2022. Just 288 bottles were filled at a mighty 66.4% abv. 

Aromas of raisins, sugared almonds, and sweet milk chocolate meet the nose. The palate brings dried fruit, malt loaf, Christmas cake, and cracked black pepper before leading into a sweet and spicy finish full of candied citrus zest. A simply outstanding dram.

Glenburgie is one of Speyside’s most underappreciated distilleries, a workhorse whose spirit has long anchored well-known blends. Distilled in 1995 and bottled in 2026 after three decades in a first-fill Oloroso Sherry Butt, this Symington’s Choice release represents an exceptional opportunity to experience what this quietly capable distillery can become with sufficient time and the right cask.

Bottled at 53.2% ABV with natural colour, this is a whisky of real authority.

This Speyside malt from Inchogwer distillery has been bottled as part of the Un-Chillfiltered series by Signatory Vintage. This particular release was distilled on 18th February 2008 and matured for 14 years in a pair of hogsheads before bottling on 20th April 2022 at 46% abv. It is free from both chill filtration and artificial colouring.

The nose is nutty and floral with plenty of honey. The palate is gentle with baked pears and toasted oak before leading into the earthy and spicy finish, with fresh vanilla appearing at the close.

This bottling from Signatory Vintage was distilled at Inchgower distillery in 2011,and aged for 13 years before being bottled at 57.1% abv. 

Typically Islay in character, this rare bottling from the renowned Signatory Vintage is a beautifully crafted single malt, full of sherry cask richness and maritime flavours.

Matured for 25 years in a single Oloroso sherry butt, this limited-edition liquid was distilled in 2000 and bottled in 2025, at a cask strength of 54.5% ABV.

With no chill-filtration and no added colour, this is whisky in its purest form, full of flavour and complexity. Expect a nose of smouldering peat, the delicate sweetness of dried fruit, and the dark acidity of roasted coffee. The palate continues the theme with more layers of peat smoke, the sticky sweetness of dark treacle, and the cinders of burnt toffee. There then follows that famous medicinal salinity that’s unique to Laphroaig’s bottlings. The finish brings wave after wave of ashy smoke, wrapping around the sherry sweetness of stewed figs.

Part of a limited 655 bottle run from Signatory Vintage, this 15 year old Linkwood release was distilled in 2009 and matured in a 1st fill Oloroso Sherry Butt before being bottled at 56.2% abv. 

Signatory Vintage Linkwood 2009 15 Year Old Symington’s Choice #5 is a small-batch Speyside single malt, selected for Signatory Symington’s Choice range and aged in a 1st Fill Oloroso Sherry Butt. Limited-edition at just 690 bottles, and bottled at 55.6% ABV, this rich expression blends Linkwood’s signature flavour profile with luxurious Oloroso sherry.

The nose reveals ripe apples, toffee, walnut, and brown sugar, while the palate delivers caramelized pear, milk chocolate, and cinnamon. The finish is sherry-soaked fruit, soft oak spice, and a lingering sweetness.
