Distilled at the Benrinnes in Speyside, this release marks the the 78th addition to Signatory Vintage’s 100 Proof Series. A 13 year old single malt, the spirit was fully matured in 1st Fill Oloroso Sherry Butts, resulting in a richly flavoured expression of considerable depth. resented at 57.1% ABV and bottled at natural colour without chill-filtration.

This bottling from Signatory Vintage was distilled at the Blair Athol Distillery in 2007 was aged for 17 years in 1st fill Oloroso sherry butts before being presented at 100 Proof (57.1% abv) as this Exceptional Cask Edition #12 release. 

This distinguished 2001 vintage Bunnahabhain has been carefully selected for the Symington’s Choice Cask Strength Collection. Distilled on 8 October 2001 and matured for 23 years in a single Oloroso sherry butt (cask #1436), it was bottled at a robust 59.5% ABV in 2025.

Expect aromas of dried fruits and dark chocolate, a palate of toffee, spiced orange, and maritime salinity, and a long, complex finish. Its deep sherry influence, coastal character, and exceptional age make it an enticing choice for aficionados of Islay single malts.

A fabulous release from independent bottler Signatory Vintage. This ten-year-old Bunnahabhain single malt aged in a single first-fill sherry butt from 2012 until April 2022. Just 624 bottles of this delectable Islay dram were filled at a robust 65.6% abv.

The nose brings moss, barley sugar, peanut butter, dried fruit, and fresh all-butter pastries. The palate brings espresso, baking spices, garden herbs, and subtle smoke. The finish is long with notes of Christmas cake and anise appearing at the close.

A spectacular eleven-year-old Caol Ila single malt whisky. This limited edition dram has been bottled by Signatory Vintage as part of their Cask Strength Collection series. The expression was distilled on 12th October 2010 and was filled into refill hogsheads. The dram was then transferred into a fresh sherry butt for a short finish. Bottled at cask strength at 56.8% abv on 9th June 2022, this is free from artificial colouring. Just 702 bottles have been yielded.

A ten-year-old Caol Ila that has been bottled for Signatory Vintage’s Un-Chillfiltered Collection. The liquid has been drawn from a pair of hogsheads that were laid to rest in June 2012 for a decade, before being bottled in February 2023 at 46% abv without chill filtration or artificial colouring.

Distilled in 2014 by the Caol Ila Distillery on Islay, this exceptional release was matured for a decade in Oloroso sherry butts, both first-fill and refill. It was then put into the expert hands of bottling icons Signatory Vintage, to become part of their 100 Proof series. 

With no added colour, and no chill filtration, this exceptional dram packs a strong and peaty punch with an underlying note of sherried sweetness. 

This Symington’s Choice bottling from Signatory Vintage’s Cask Strength Collection hails from Clynelish distillery in the Highlands. Aged for 28 years in a first-fill Oloroso sherry casks, the single malt has been presented at a robust 53.5% abv.

Part of the 100 Proof Exceptional Collection, distilled at Craigellachie distillery in Speyside, and lovingly aged by Signatory Vintage in first fill Oloroso sherry casks, this small batch release was bottled at 16 years old. Presented at an impressive 57.1% abv, free from chill filtration and at natural colour.
