Description
Batch Three of GlenAllachie’s anticipated 21-year-old series has been matured in Spanish sherry oak casks expertly selected by Master Blender Billy Walker. Three Pedro Ximénez puncheons were married and bottled at 51.5% abv, limited to just 2,400 bottles globally, free from chill filtration and at natural colour.
The nose opens with notes of raisins, dark chocolate orange, espresso and stewed fruits. The palate is full of brandy soaked currants, ginger, heather honey and more rich cocoa. The close is warming, sweet and indulgent.
