This exquisite Highland whisky strikes the perfect balance, blending Edradour’s bold, intense character with the vibrant, aromatic notes from Sauvignon Blanc casks. The 2014 vintage single malt was bottled in January 2025 as part of a limited release of only 1,633 bottles, following maturation in first-fill Sauvignon Blanc casks sourced from the esteemed Michael Eppan winery in Italy. At 48.2% abv, this release is non-chill filtered to retain its full, rich flavour. The result is a whisky that offers a distinctive blend of deep, malty richness with the fresh, zesty influence of white wine cask ageing.

On the nose, you cna expect fresh fruit, citrus and a floral honey with a palate of peaches and cream sprinkled with spice.  The finish is bright and fresh, lingering with white wine notes.

A wonderful Highland single malt from the Edradour Distillery, this 11 year old release was matured in first-fill Lagrein (red wine) casks from Italian wine house Michael Eppan.

Bottled at 48.2% abv, the nose is full of ripe red fruit, warming oak and just a hint of spice. The palate stays on theme with tart berries and sweet malt, melting into a treacle-y finish full of jam and dark chocolate underlaid with ore of those baking spices.

From ‘Scotland’s Little Gem’ based at the foot of the Cairngorms, this 25-year-old Highland single malt has been aged entirely in just two first-fill Oloroso sherry butts. Batch 1 of the new age statement for 2024, the expression is encased in an impressive wooden display box. Bottled at a cask strength of 54.6% abv, with a yield of just 1330 bottles.

Bottled at 52.6% ABV, this release is non-chillfiltered and natural in colour, you can expect a nose of sherry-soaked stone fruits, with the balanced earthiness of dark chocolate, followed by a palate of treacle, spices and espresso. The finish brings beautifully crafted dram to a close with long warming notes of sticky toffee pudding, toasted nuts and dark cocoa.

Bottled at 62.3% ABV, this release is non-chillfiltered and natural in colour, you can expect a nose of all things dark and rich from espresso, treacle, and dark fruits, followed by a palate of cooking spices, citrus, and sherried fruit. The finish is delightfully bitter to undercut the sweetness, with dark chocolate, oakiness, and more spice.

It combines a 2013 ex-Oloroso sherry hogshead of lightly peated Bunnahabhain with a 2013 ex-PX sherry hogshead of heavily peated Bunnahabhain Staoisha. A spectacular new 18-year-old expression from Fettercairn. Using only the purest spring water and matured in ex-bourbon white oak casks, this dram offers a beatiful amber gold colour and bottled at 46.8% abv.

The nose has mango, cinnamon, and candied almonds. There is nutmeg, fresh pastry, and pineapple on the palate that then makes way to Madagascan vanilla and dark chocolate in the finish.
