A milestone release marking the opening of Edradour’s second distillery, this 7-year-old inaugural single malt is a bold celebration of the distillery’s 200th anniversary. Distilled in 2018 and matured entirely in sherry butts, it’s bottled at a powerful 57.1% ABV and brimming with rich sherried intensity.
On the nose, expect figs, dates, chocolate-coated nuts, and honeyed fruit, while the palate is big and bold, packed with raisins, cherry chocolate, and treacle toffee. The finish delivers waves of cacao, nutmeg, and dark fruit, leaving a deeply satisfying warmth.
