Smoke Without Fire is a delicate expression that brings subtlety to the Lochlea core range. Evolving from the distillery’s Ploughing Edition, it is matured in ex-peated refill Bourbon barrels and red wine casks. Bottled at 46% ABV, natural in colour and non-chill filtered, Smoke Without Fire is a refined exploration of peat’s softer side.

On the nose, floral sweetness and red berries are lifted by hints of lemon peel and soft bonfire smoke, while the palate balances sea spray, oak char, delicate citrus and gentle sherbet notes. The finish is elegant, with light blossom, soft smoke and a touch of fresh phenols, never overwhelming the natural spirit.

Following Lochlea’s inaugral release comes an exciting new limited edition series inspired by the changing seasons. As with all their future releases, this expression was created using the barley grown at their farm as well as their own water source. This release, Sowing Edition, is the essential springtime dram. It was matured in first-fill bourbon barrels before being bottled at 48% abv. It is free from both artificial colouring and chill filtration.

The dram opens with aromas of ripe pear, juicy green apple, and sweet custard notes. The palate is sweet and inviting with warm vanilla, hazelnuts, and orchard fruits that linger in the finish.

This 18-year-old single malt release from the Secret Speyside Collection! Matured in a combination of American oak barrels and hogsheads, this sweet Speyside single malt from one of Scotland’s best-kept secrets was bottled at 48% abv and is free from chill filtration.

Aromas of orange oil, juicy mango, and pear jam meet the nose, balanced by a subtle woody note. On the palate, there is warm oak and coconut fudge before leading into a satisfying finish full of tropical fruits and nuts.

Longmorn 23 Year Old is a stunning expression from the mighty Victorian distillery. This single malt is full of the signature character that the Speyside distillery is so well-loved for.

The nose has toasted bread, honey, and spicy ginger. The palate is full of milk chocolate, honeydew melon and ripe red apples before leading into the long, sweet, and peppery finish.

Produced by Campbeltown’s oldest operational distillery, Longrow is Springbank distillery’s range of peated expressions and this core bottling is a masterclass of balancing the smoky peat flavours with the region’s characteristic profile.

The nose has creamy vanilla custard with toasted marshmallows as the smoke begins to rise, with herbal and fruity aromas also developing. The palate brings a rich and creamy texture with a slight medicinal note atop the waves of smoky peat. The finish is long and lingering with a gentle wisp of smoke.

An exceptionally rare bottle of The Macallan 10 Year Old. The expression was discontinued into 2013, making this a particularly special sherry matured Speyside dram.

The Macallan 18 Year Old Sherry Oak is matured exclusively in Oloroso sherry seasoned oak casks from Jerez, Spain, in a match made in heaven paired with their rich, fruity and full bodied new-make spirit. Presented at 43% abv.

Expect aromas of dried fruit and ginger with hints of vanilla and cinnamon, leading to a rich palate with flavours of spicy clove, orange zest and toasted mature oak. The finish lingers with more dried fruit, ginger and orange.

The Macallan Double Cask 18 Years Old, 2023 Release, is a perfectly balanced single malt whisky matured for 18 years in both American and European sherry seasoned oak casks. Sherry seasoned American oak adds delicate vanilla to the subtle spice of European oak, delivering a whisky with a sweeter, warmer taste and character. Bottled at 43% abv.

Aromas of dried fruits, citrus and vanilla lead to a palate full of treacle toffee, sweet ginger, dried fruits and nutmeg.
