This 11 Year Old Blair Athol 2014 is the 64th release in Signatory Vintage’s celebrated 100 Proof range, bottled in 2025 at a bold 57.1% ABV. Matured in refill Oloroso sherry butts, this Highland single malt showcases the distillery’s signature depth and sherried richness in full force.
On the nose, it opens with layers of dried fruit, warm malt, and gentle oak spice, alongside hints of toffee, honey, and a touch of nutty sherry warmth. The palate is smooth yet powerful, delivering rich malt sweetness, sultanas, and spiced orange peel, balanced by a soft undertone of caramel and roasted nuts. The finish is long and warming, with lingering notes of oak, dried fruit, and a whisper of dark chocolate.
