This Highland Park single malt is part of the Connoisseurs Choice Series. This expression spent 32 years slumbering in a refill sherry butt before 347 bottles were filled at 51.9% abv.

On the nose, there is orange oil, golden syrup, and nutmeg. The palate has sweet caramel coated apple complemented by a surprising but welcome menthol hint before leading into the spicy medium finish.

Distilled at Highland Park Distillery, this Highland Region whisky is a part of Hunter Laing & Co.’s Platinum Old & Rare selection. The spectacular expression was aged for 22 years in a single refill barrel, and is one of only 163 bottles. Bottled at a natural cask strength of 56.9% abv, and free from chill filtration.

Expect aromas of honey, caramel, and heather, along with sweet flavours of orange, milk chocolate and raisins which pair beautifully with soft peat smoke. The finish is long, satisfying and waxy.

Hailing from the recently revived Hekinan Distillery in Nagoya, this Japanese single malt showcases the character of a region shaped by a humid subtropical climate, fertile soils, and the fresh waters of the Yahagi River. Made from a thoughtful combination of 70% unpeated malt and 30% peated malt, it offers a distinctive balance that reflects both traditional craftsmanship and the distillery’s renewed ambition.

Distilled in the heart of Honshu and matured in new American white oak casks, this 2025 bottling presents a modern take on Japanese whisky-making while honouring its origins. Bottled at 45% ABV, it delivers depth, structure, and a clear sense of place without compromising its approachable style.

On the nose, expect orchard fruits, coconut and delicate notes of fragrant spices. The palate is equally sumptuous with gentle waves of peat smoke combine with notes of grapefruit, sultanas & dark chocolate. The finish rounds off the experience with the perfect combination of sea salt, toffee and toasted almonds with a further hint of peat smoke in the background.

Hirundine is a Speyside single malt Scotch whisky matured for 12 years in American oak casks. Crafted in small batches, it balances traditional craftsmanship with a modern approach to storytelling and identity.

Bottled at a smooth sipping 46% abv, you’ll find a nose of soft vanilla, honeycomb, and orchard fruits. The palate is full-bodied and warming, with notes of malted barley, baked apple, and a gentle touch of spice. A long, satisfying finish leaves a whisper of oak and lingering sweetness.

Matured in a Gordon & MacPhail refill American hogshead for more than three decades, this liquid from the Imperial Distillery is the epitome of rare. Distilled in 1990, just eight years before the distillery was closed permanently, this dark gold Speyside dram is one of an extremely limited number of bottlings.

Presented here at 52.7% abv, it has a nose of clover honey and peanut brittle, leading to a palate of green apple and chilli spice, with a well-rounded finish of tropical fruit and charred oak.

KinGlassie Double Matured is a distinctive Fife Single Malt Scotch Whisky, crafted with precision at the InchDairnie Distillery and produced just once a year in the depths of winter. Made exclusively from locally grown barley and peated to over 50ppm using mainland peat, it embodies a bold character. This limited release undergoes a unique double maturation: five years in refill American oak casks followed by three years in Amontillado sherry casks, enhancing its depth and complexity.

On the nose, it offers pronounced smoke and tobacco, layered with nutty richness, while the palate reveals velvety smoke, roasted almonds, and a long, charred finish. Bottled at 46.3% ABV, non-chill filtered, and without added colour, it reflects a modern take on traditional Scotch craftsmanship.

Leven is a ‘rye rich’ single distillery blended whisky, made using 50/50 rye whisky and single malt matured in Amontillado casks. Bottled straight from the cask at 58.2% abv.
