On the nose we find aromas of sherry, citrus, nutmeg and wood smoke, leading to a palate full of dried fruit, orange peel and more smoke. The finish is long and rich, with more spiced orange notes. Think of pomander balls, and a freshly pokered wooden plaque.

Deliciously smooth with a long, decadent finish, the expression is the richest of Macallan’s much-loved sherry cask range. Presented at 43% abv.
Expect aromas of honey drizzled figs and dates, with hints of caramelised pineapple and chocolate orange. The palate bursts with rich fruit cake flavour, alongside stem ginger, cinnamon and toasted oak, which lead to a finish of spiced oak and orange zest.

The liquid has been matured entirely in sherry oak casks from Jerez in the south of Spain for over 30 years, and then bottled at a strength of 43% abv.Â

The palate has warm spices, with ginger, nutmeg and cinnamon with vanilla. Malty notes and fig are present throughout before a long finish with delicate wisps of woodsmoke.Â

Released in 2018, each bottle is individually hand-numbered and presented in a solid oak case at a strength of 44% abv.
The nose is spicy with vanilla, rich blackcurrants and a suble peat. The palate brings vanilla oak, fudge and toffee with black pepper and orange peel. The finish is long and satisfying with lingering notes of sweet figs.

Released to celebrate the new Macallan distillery and visitor centre, this stunning limited edition single malt Scotch whisky was distilled in the 1940s and matured for more than seven decades. House in a beautifully crafted decanter by renowned crystal producer Lalique, this expression was bottled in 2018 and presented in a uniquely crafted cabinet that is inspired by the interior of the new distillery. Just 600 decanters have been produced worldwide, making this amazing release a true collector’s item.
The nose has a delicate peat smoke and oak, with citrus and vanilla emerging amongst raisin and ginger. The palate brings a combination of sweet oak smoke, gentle peat, soft vanilla and citrus fruits. The finish is medium length with orchard fruits and sweet oak lingering.

This limited edition single malt has been matured in a selection of American and European oak sherry seasoned casks, along with American ex-bourbon barrels, and bottled at 43% abv.
The result is a sweet velvety dram, encased in a luxurious bottle adorned with abstract designs from the acclaimed French illustrator, Erica Dorn. Having previously worked with film director Wes Anderson, her touch makes for a special unboxing experience. Let this be the first footer across your door this Hogmanay.
On the nose, we encounter creamy vanilla, sumptuous butter and delicate notes of stewed apples. The palate delivers an intense shortbread-like taste, drifting into lightly toasted marshmallow, figs, dried oranges and cinnamon. Ending with a medium finish of sweet butterscotch and fresh-out-of-the-oven buttery biscuits.
