$63.00 Availability: In StockThis Speyside single malt has been distilled at The GlenAllachie and matured in a combination of first fill bourbon casks, virgin oak, Pedro Ximenez puncheons and Oloroso sherry puncheons for a full decade before bottling. Hand selected by Master Distiller, Billy Walker, this cask strength batched release is limited to just 3,000 cases worldwide.
The nose has sweet heather honey and toffee apples, with orange peel and a gentle spice. The palate brings more heather honey with rich vanilla and toffee, before a cooling eucalyptus and Caribbean spice in the finish.

$66.00 Availability: In StockThis tremendous Speyside single malt from The GlenAllachie Distillery has been matured for 10 years and is the fourth batch in the distillery’s cask strength range. Crafted from a combination of Pedro Ximenez , Oloroso and Virgin Oak casks, Batch 4 has been bottled at natural cask strength of 56.1% abv, free from artificial colouring and chill filtration. A limited edition, only 2,600 cases have been produced worldwide.
The nose has cinnamon with hints of ginger, with chocolate coming through. The palate erupts with dried fruits and raisins, before finishing with more chocolate and a touch of oak.

GlenAllachie 10 Year Old Cask Strength Batch 6
$99.00 Availability: In StockThe sixth batch of GlenAllachie cask strength 10-year-old single malt has arrived! This expression was matured in Oloroso sherry and Pedro Ximenez puncheons, as well as a few virgin oak and Rioja casks, before being married together to create this sweet single malt. The expression was bottled at 57.8% abv and it is free from artificial colouring and chill filtration.
The nose is full of walnut, dark chocolate, juicy cherry, and dried orange peel. The palate brings flavours of honey, liquorice, sugared almonds, and cinnamon before leading into a long finish with lingering hints of citrus.

GlenAllachie 13 Year Old Spirit of Speyside Festival 2020
$105.00 Availability: In StockA limited edition GlenAllachie released to celebrate the Spirit of Speyside Whisky Festival. Matured for 13 years and released in 2020, this edition is the third release by master distiller Billy Walker from GlenAllachie for the festival.
Only one of 332 bottles this release is normally only sold in the distillery, but available due to the temporary closure of the site.

This dram packs a punch(eon)! Aromas of chocolate and toffee fill the nose, giving way to a creamy and rich palate. With each drop of water added, the sweetness gives way to more spice that lingers in a warm and pleasant finish. The perfect after-dinner malt.Â

Bottled in February 2020 at a strength of 51.8% abv, free from chill filtration and artificial colouring, just 773 bottles have been produced.
This Speyside single cask has delicate notes of fruit cake, dark chocolate, apricots and figs combining brilliantly – a sherry bomb.

The first batch of the GlenAllachie 21 Year Old Cask Strength single malt features five Pedro Ximénez puncheons and hogsheads from 1997 and 1998 which have been hand-picked and married together by Master Distiller/Blender of the Year, Billy Walker (Icons of Whisky Awards, 2020).Â
Specially selected from The GlenAllachie’s enviable stock of over 50,000 casks, the PX puncheons and hogsheads impart rich, sherried tones upon the distinctive butterscotch and chocolate flavours of the distillery’s archetypal spirit.
The resulting first batch has been bottled at 51.4% abv and is free from chill-filtration for maximum flavour. The intense mahogany colour of the whisky is drawn from its contact with the PX casks, with no artificial colouring added. A highly limited release, just 1,600 bottles have been released worldwide.Â
Dark chocolate, honey, mocha and orange zest notes fill the nose, alongside grapefruit and cinnamon. The palate has a gorgeous and rich mix of fruit cake, caramel and treacle, fused with stewed plums, more chocolate and orange peel. Wintery spices, namely cinnamon and ginger, linger in the aftertaste.Â

The nose is sweet with marmalade and sultanas balanced nicely. The palate brings more sultana, with the addition of pineapple, dark chocolate and Christmas cake, before marmalade and sweet spice lingering in the finish.

Only 187 bottles have been produced, each one at a cask strength of 49.3% abv and free from chill-filtration and artificial colouring.Soft oak from a woodland walk with cut grass and dried hessian on the nose, before creamy vanilla and toffee emerge with a touch of sweet lime. The palate has more sweet and citrus with oak well-balanced by a rich medley of fruits. Some spice in the finish, with white pepper and soft fruits lingering on. -

The nose has cinnamon and nutmeg atop layers of honey, treacle and orange peel. the palate brings intense notes of stewed spices, butterscotch, treacle and orange zest, before hints of clove and rye spice in the lingering finish.

Bottled by independent bottler Gordon & MacPhail, this Speyside single malt whisky has been carefully matured in a single ex-bourbon barrel, filled in 1995 and bottled in 2021 at a cask strength of 55.8% abv. It is free from chill-filtration and exhibits a natural colour. This exceptional one-off whisky offers notes of red apple and lime zest on the nose, complementing a subtle honeysuckle. Flavours of cracked black pepper give way to tropical fruits on the palate, before a medium finish with lingering hazelnuts.
