Description
Distilled in July 2008 and matured in a single Pedro Ximenez puncheon for more than a decade, this limited edition expression from The GlenAllachie is the product of one single cask, exclusively selected for The Whisky Shop and our customers. Bottled in February 2020 at a strength of 51.8% abv, free from chill filtration and artificial colouring, just 773 bottles have been produced.
This Speyside single cask has delicate notes of fruit cake, dark chocolate, apricots and figs combining brilliantly – a sherry bomb.
