$69.00 Availability: In StockThe second release of the anticipated annual expression from the Highland distillery is aged for 16 years in a trilogy of first-fill Oloroso casks, refill Oloroso casks, and rare first-fill Palo Cortado sherry butts. This is a limited release for 2021 and bottled at a strength of 46.4% abv.
A completely unique aspect in Fettercairn’s distilling methods is that they continually douse their stills in cold water which cools the copper and increases condensation inside so only the lightest vapours are allowed to rise, leading to what they believe is a lighter and purer spirit.
The nose opens with almonds, dried fruit and oak notes. Tropical fruits lead the palate with ripe mango, citrus zest, apricots and raisins balanced with walnut, mocha and liquorice. The finish lingers with salted caramel and warming gingerbread.

$253.00 Availability: In Stock“Purity Is A Rare Thing” exclaims this famous Highland distillery, and the Fettercairn 22 Year Old aims to live up to the mantra. Using only the purest spring water and matured in ex-bourbon casks, this dram offers a beatiful amber gold colour and bottled at 47% abv.
The nose has banana, citrus fruit and plum, combined with raisin, fig and ginger bread. Spiced pear, caramelised orange and coffee on the palate, tempered by liquorice that then makes way to morello cherry, plum and treacle in the finish.

The nose has sweet honey, treacle and molasses with a touch of ginger and rich sherry. The palate brings aspects of liquorice and citrus, balanced with raisins, toffee and Demerara sugar, before a soft spice in the fruity finish.

$19,000.00 Availability: In StockAged for five decades in carefully selected casks, this superb, well balanced and impressive non-chill filtered single malt was launched by Fettercairn mid-2018 as part of their new core range. As well as incorporating the notes of tropical fruits, soft spices and toffee like sweetness that is to be expected from a Fettercairn whisky there is also a surprisingly fresh fruitiness to its palate that you would not expect from a malt of this age.
Notes of blackcurrant, vanilla pear and soft spices fill the palate to start with but are then quickly followed with a strong finish of Nectarine, tropical fruits and subtle hints of roasted coffee.

Light, elegant and floral on the nose, this is a Scotch with a tropical soul, orchard fruits, and heather honey. The palate is creamy, with fresh coffee beans, Turkish Delight and spicy apple tart. A touch of water adds sweet notes of vanilla, maple syrup and fudge that linger in a warming finish.Â

This expression has a natural colour, with beautiful rays of warm golden barley. Sweet honey, sugared almonds and soft spices are married with tropical fruit on the nose. A myriad of flavours dance on the palate, citrus fruits are balanced with ginger cake and warming maple syrup. The finish is a refined one, delicately poised between notes of roasted Arabica coffee beans with chocolate flavours. This is a fulfilling yet intriguing experience.
