Distilled in December 2010 at Talisker on the Isle of Skye, this expression was matured for eight years in a refill sherry butt before bottling in April 2019. The nose has sweet vanilla, honey and chocolate. The palate is just as sweet with rhubarb and berries alongside a hint of pepper. The finish is long and sweet with a touch of smoke and oak.

There are rich honey aromas with lime zest, vanilla and toffee green apple. The smooth and creamy palate opens up into honeydew melon and lemon accompanied by soft white pepper. The dram ends medium bodied with toasted oak.
