Description
This 20 year old Speyside single malt was distilled at Tamdhu in December 1996 before being filled to a refill hogshead to mature. Bottled in April 2017 as part of Hunter Laing & Co’s Old Malt Cask series, only 278 bottles have been produced, each one presented at a preferred strength of 50% abv.The nose has sweet vanilla tablet with chocolate and cherries. The palate has marzipan and creamy butterscotch toffee, before a long and lingering finish with some pleasantly dry aspects.
