Jura’s heavily peated Prophecy is released in small batches that are drier and smokier than the standard peated Jura whisky, Superstition. Matured in Limousine casks, this is a non-chill filtered whisky with a huge peaty punch!

Complexly peated and briny, with strong spicy sea spray. Some people taste peat smoke and fresh cinnamon. A fantastic depth of aromas and long lasting flavour.

This 10 year old single malt from the Isle of Jura distillery is light and delicate with delicious honey and vanilla aspects. Aged in ex-bourbon casks, Jura Origin displays the classic Jura house style.American white oak and smooth, sweet honey on the nose. The palate is refined and clean with gentle oak notes, caramel and a touch of liquorice. The finish has warm roasted coffee beans and more honey lingering.

This whisky signifies the rebirth of the Jura distillery on the island of Jura in 1963. On the front of the bottle is a Celtic symbol for birth, beginnings and the forces of nature. The 10 year old is aged in ex-Bourbon casks for 10 years and is light and delicate with a warming honey finish.

A single malt from the Isle of Jura’s eponymous distillery, matured in American white oak ex-bourbon barrels before being finished in aged Oloroso sherry casks to give a rich and rounded taste, with a perfect balance of smoky and sweet. The nose has a refined combination of delicious tropical fruit aromas. The palate opens with chocolate, walnut and citrus fruit, followed by coffee, liquorice, salted bananas and brown sugar, with a whisper of smoke emerging on the finish.

This has matured for 14 years in American white oak, before spending a further two years in ex-Amoroso Oloroso sherry casks. Named after the people of Jura – the ‘Diurachs’ – because it’s their dram of choice and just like the Diurachs, it’s full of character. With such a proud and passionate heritage behind this whisky, it comes as no surprise that the Diurachs’ own symbol stamps every bottle with approval.

The double maturation results in a full-bodied malt with a Christmas cake flavour, lots of dark chocolate, rich dried fruits and candied fruit peel. A lingering, chocolate finish with hints of toasted oak.

This limited edition single malt is part of the Rare Vintage series from the Jura distillery of the west coast of Scotland. Distilled in April 1989 and matured for three decades in American white oak bourbon barrels, just 1,500 bottles were filled for this release in 2019. Each bottle is presented in a striking wooden display case and bears an individual bottle number.

The nose is sweet with honey, pear, banana and vanilla. The palate brings a rich and syrupy peach note, alongside toffee apple and cinnamon spice, before a smooth white chocolate emerges in the long and satisfying finish.

This Jura single malt whisky leads on from Jura’s 200th anniversary edition, and has been well aged for 21 years and presented in a box with a display plinth. Bottled in honour of the date the distillery was founded in 1810, the vintage casks used give this whisky a fantastic quality – this is now a discontinued expression.

The fragrant nose is full of notes of toffee, vanilla and fudge. There are honeyed tones and on tasting, Christmas cake, and stewed fruits with winter spices really shine through. The finish is of medium-length with a touch of dry oak.

The nose offers freshly baked bread, moist walnut cake, over-ripe pineapple and vanilla with a whisper of bitter chocolate, coffee and tangy macaroons. The palate is rich in ginger, cassis, frangipane and caramelised peaches. Glazed nectarines, pears in red wine, muscovado and soft cranberry notes follow, while the finish brings Turkish delight, coffee, fig syrup and cherry cake.

This limited edition 18 year old from the island of Jura’s eponymous distillery is the final release in a three part series that began with One For The Road in 2016, honouring former Distillery Manager Willie Cochrane, followed by One And All in 2017, raising a toast to the distillery team. Bottled at a strength of 52.5% abv, free from chill-filtration and colouring. The nose has sweet mango and pear with honey and vanilla influences. The palate brings white chocolate, almond, caramel and fudge cake.
