Bottled in May 2021, this dram is free from chill filtration, is bottled at 46% abv, and is a limited release.
Aromas of baked orchard fruits, forest floor, and butter candy waft upwards. The palate is one of toffee apples, pears, almonds, and mandarin orange. The finish is rich, long, and elegant, with a little zing of clove, star anise, and dried spices.

Once it has spent fifteen years maturing in American white oak casks approximately 30% is transferred into Spanish Oloroso casks to spend a further three years maturing. A living legacy, rare in its complexity, yet perfectly balanced.
Rich and rounded with sweet dried fruits and a complex, floral fragrance. A balanced flavour between honey and malt with a subtle hint of wood smoke, moving on to a tantalising finish, with sweet dried fruits and a subtle dryness from the Oloroso influence.

Expect floral and fruity aromas of rose, orange and pear, with a hint of vanilla custard, on the nose. The following palate offers flavours of caramel, citrus and stoned fruits with a subtle note of herbal cigarette, leading to a spicy finish of oak, cinnamon and toasted almonds. Glenmorangie 25 Year Old The Altus
$499.00 Availability: In StockA new and permanent expression, and proclaimed pinnacle of the Glenmorangie core portfolio, the Altus 25 Year Old is a dreamer’s dram. Created in the spirit of ‘what if’, this creation took Glenmorangie’s signature spirit and gently matured it in bespoke bourbon casks handpicked by their whisky creation team. Thes casks which were hand hewn and air dried to exact specifications, before being finished in a Madeira wine cask, elevating the liquid’s profile.
Bottled at a smooth 43% abv, you can expect a nose of fragrant carnation, rose, orange blossom, honey and peach, underscored with hints of vanilla and almond and classic Glenmorangie fruits, with peach and pear. The palate is oily and luscious, with sweet, fruity flavours. Mandarin, apples, pears and peaches, with a burst of tart gooseberry and hard, yellow plums. Then, gently sweet butter- candy notes, with soft oak-derived flavours – almond marzipan, icing sugar and ripe banana.

Tropical fruits burst on the nose, followed by pastry, sweet honeycomb, vanilla, marzipan, and a hint of chocolate. The sweet flavours continue in the palate and are balanced by citrus and menthol flavours. A long and delightfully cake-like finish, the joy continues in the aftertaste for quite some time.

Glenmorangie Grand Vintage Malt 1990
$500.00 Availability: In StockThis Highland Single Malt is the first release in Glenmorangie’s Bond House No.1 Collection. Distilled in 1990 from a problematic barley harvest the previous summer, the spirit produced defied the odds and proved sublime. The next quarter of a century saw the spirit mature in ex-bourbon casks with a small parcel in ex-sherry casks. Presented in a stunning coffret, the nose offers heady floral and fruity notes with heather honey, freesia, orange blossom, pear and apple. Silky in the mouth, sweet notes of orange, puff candy, honeycomb and creamy vanilla run under zesty gooseberry and menthol. The finish brings more fruitiness with baked apples and pears with brown sugar, malty biscuit and a hint of cloves. -
