The Highland single malt was aged for 24 years, before being bottled at 47.8% abv. Free from chill filtration.
The nose has vanilla, toasted oak, lemon curd, honey, plum jam, desiccated coconut and spiced apple pastry. The palate is gently balanced with intriguing depth, bringing flavours of bright lemon, key lime pie, honeycomb and gentle tropical notes. Soft oak warms the palate with hints of star anise, chocolate and vanilla, before a lengthy finish of toffee apple, delicate citrus and lingering oak.

Glengoyne 25 Year Old
$493.00 Availability: In StockGlengoyne 25 Year Old is a spectacular single malt that has been matured exclusively in hand-selected sherry casks for a quarter of a century. This expression was added to Glengoyne’s core range in 2014 and has been bottled at 48% abv.
The nose has red fruits, leather and brown sugar on the nose, with soft oak, cinnamon, stewed fruits and a Seville marmalade tang on the palate. The finish is very long with spicy liquorice.

Glengoyne 30 Year Old
$899.00 Availability: In StockThis 30-year-old single malt is an annual release from Glengoyne, matured for three decades in hand-selected sherry casks, of which a single batch typically consists of just 13 casks. This release is limited to just 5,200 bottles, each one individually numbered and presented at a strength of 46.8% abv.
The nose is rich in black cherry and marmalade, with sherry trifle and rum and raisin chocolate. The palate brings bursts of sweetness and plum compote with tangy marmalade, cinnamon and cloves. the finish is drying with soft oak notes and cinnamon.

Glengoyne 36 Year Old Russell Family Cask
$3,600.00 Availability: In StockThree generations of whisky-expertise, finding harmony in one expression. The backstory with this is that it underwent a phenomenal 36 years of aging in a refill sherry butt. The story goes that at a Sunday lunch at Peter Russell’s house, Tom brought some samples for the Glengoyne single cask. This specific cask blew them away. It is the only time that one cask has been unanimously agreed upon as the best. More than that though, they have chosen this bottle to celebrate the three generations of Russell’s master distillers. A very limited release of 402 bottles is available. Distilled in 1984, this was only brought up in 2021. Free from chill filtration, this comes with a cask-imparted colour, as is presented at 50.7% abv.
Light aromas of sherbert, mint, lemon meringue pie, stewed apples, coconut, cinnamon, strawberry and leather arise on the nose. Notes of tropical fruits arrive on a rich, creamy palate, complementing other flavours of chocolate, cherry, and dried banana. The finish is beautifully sherried, spicy, and pleasing. Top-marks.

On the nose, signature Glengoyne deep sherry notes combine with distinctive cinnamon sticks and vanilla aromas. On the nose, there is vibrant oak, vanilla, bright citrus, sponge cake, crisp red apple and ginger amongst hints of unripe banana and violet. The palate shines with crème brulee, fruit gum sweets, candied lemon, jam tarts and tinned pineapple, before a finish full of toasted oak laced with caramel.

Bringing our expertise into the world of rum, this is a blended rum that uses our own twin cask method. We selected this rum from Guyana and Jamaica. Aged in oak casks, we prepared it for bottling and then introduced the spirit to a second cask. Part of our award-winning Glenkeir Treasures range, we are delighted to input our expertise into a rum that we believe will set the tastebuds alight for both rum and whisky fans. A small batch release, this dram is only available whilst stocks last.
Expect a rum filled to the brim with spiced fruit flavours. The nose gives hints of tropical fruits such as pineapples and lime. The palate gives a plethora of spicy, toasted oak notes and rich, dried fruit notes. The finish is sharp, elegant, and lingering.

Distilled on 25th October 2010, we’ve chosen to bottle this Speysider at a preferred strength of 40% abv.The nose opens with lovely floral notes and candied sweetness, leading to chocolate limes, candy canes and cinnamon sticks. The palate is sweet with citrus orange, lemon jelly and vanilla. The citrus carries on into the finish with a crisp bourbon-like sweetness. -
GlenKeir Treasures Coimeasgadh Blended Malt
$58.00 Availability: In StockTaking inspiration from the Gaelic term for mixing, this is an elegant combination of single malt whiskies, exclusive to The Whisky Shop. We conducted an extensive search and hand-selected the best of the best. After our malts were chosen, using spirit from the Highlands, Speyside, and a faint trace of Islay, we gathered the whiskies together and married them together in an oak cask. Like many a Scottish wedding, it was a riotous success. The whisky was subjected to the minimum amount of processing as possible, to retain its original characteristics. No large batch chill filtering is employed, leaving a top-rate dram that we are extremely proud to attach our name to, and one we cannot wait for our fans to try.
The nose is full of notes of sun-dried raisin and freshly planed oak. Fruitcake, sticky toffee pudding, apricots, and figs arrive on the palate. The finish lingers delightfully, with supple notes of muscovado sugar and black treacle.

Distilled on 14th July 2008, we’ve chosen to bottle this Speysider at a preferred strength of 40% abv.The nose is rich in honey-coated peaches and mangoes, toasted poppy seed and a hint of liquorice. The palate is rich and waxy with the bite of blood orange and a touch of white pepper, mellowing to creamy candy and sherbet. The finish has some classic Craigellachie earthy notes, with a slightly oily, charcoal finale.
