    On the nose, there is plenty of fresh orchard fruits with apples, pears, and peaches at the fore. This fruitiness continues into the palate alongside spiced oak and rich toffee before leading into the sweet and lingering finish.

Bringing together 20 whisky experts from 16 countries around the world, Project XX is a combination of each expert’s selected cask from the Glenfiddich warehouse, carefully married together in a small batch vatting by Malt Master, Brian Kinsman.

    Deep gold in colour, this Speyside Single Malt has the classic Glenfiddich fruitiness on the nose with hints of apple blossom and ripe pear, balanced with oak, creamy vanilla and subtle spice. The palate is refined and balanced with candy floss sweetness complemented by toasted almonds, cinnamon and a rich vanilla oakiness. The finish is long lasting with sweet oak notes lingering.

    Snow Phoenix is a release with an incredible story. Rising from the ashes of destruction, this single malt was created by Malt Master Brian Kinsman when heavy snow damaged the Glenfiddich warehouse in 2010. Kinsman married together some of the finest Oloroso sherry casks and American oak barrels from the survivors to produce this unique limited edition.

    The nose is creamy and vibrant with cooked apples. The palate brings sweet heather honey, coffee and dark chocolate, before sherry notes on the finish, mellowing as they linger.

    This new expression from Glenfiddich has been inspired by the original 1963 straight malt recipe, invented by Sandy Grant Gordon, who shaped the single malt whisky world as we know it today. Taken from the original recipe book from Hamish Robertson, the 4th Malt Master of Glenfiddich, Brian Kinsman has skilfully recreated the Glenfiddich Straight Malt taste profile. Very much embodying the Glenfiddich ‘Family Run Since 1887’ mantra.

    Presented in a striking premium black tin, this is a non-age statement single malt whisky bottled at 40%abv.

    Pale gold in colour, this fabulously fruity nose gives way to oak notes, subtly complimented by soft pears. Developing on the palate into a sweet and lively taste, with plenty of fruits and vanilla oak. Some delicate spice reveal a dry finish.

    The third in the Glenfiddich Experimental Series from Malt Master Brian Kinsman, this Speyside single malt has been finished for six months in French oak icewine casks from the renowned Peller Estate winery in Niagara, Canada. After visiting the estate in January 2016, Kinsman experimented with various combinations of Glenfiddich and icewine casks, finding that only the rarer whiskies could cope with the extra intensity. The result is Winter Storm, a limited edition 21 year old bottled at 43% abv. First released in October 2017, the long-awaited second batch is now available.The nose has tropical fruit notes and candied sweets with an underlying wine character. The palate has soft candied fruits, Turkish Delight, lychee and a rich drying sensation, before a short and crisp finish.

    This latest Rare Cask Release is a Highland single malt whisky that was hand selected and bottled exclusively for the U.K. It spent its ten year long maturation in an Oloroso sherry puncheon, and has yielded 713 bottles in the release. Distilled on the 4th of June 2010, this arrives at a hearty strength of 57% abv. This expression is free from chill filtration and artificial colouring.

    The nose is full of a plethora of berry fruits, with a certain cocoa dryness accompanying ground coffee notes. The palate is a big hit of vanilla, followed by pineapple, coconut milk, and banana. The finish is long, lingering, with hints of creaminess.

    Glenglassaugh is a whisky shaped by land and sea. The 12 Year Old is matured in a combination of bourbon, sherry and red wine casks to introduce ripe fruit flavour to their coastal spirit, bringing elemental balance. Bottled at 45% in a stunning rippled bottle. 

    On the nose, expect sweet coastal waves of ripe apricot, toasted vanilla and tropical flora, all carried on a warm ocean breeze. The palate brings flavours of candied pistachio, date and sweet fig which develop into waves of morello cherry and whipped cream with fresh coastal air on the close.

Limited to just 722 bottles.The nose has a gentle cedar wood note with honeycomb, summer fruits and rich marmalade. The palate brings fresh grapes, ripe gooseberries and muscovado sugar with delicate orange blossom.

    Glenglassaugh was founded in 1875 by Colonel James Moir. Located on the Banffshire Coast, one mile west of the fishing village of Portsoy, Glenglassaugh is a true coastal distillery, and looks out over the white sandy beach of Sandend Bay. The distillery is just outside the Speyside region in the North East of Scotland making it a Highland distillery. The Glenglassaugh 40 year old was matured in American Oak barrels and European Oak hogsheads, balanced with Pedro Ximenez and Oloroso Sherry casks. This syrupy and complex expression is non chill filtered and of natural colour.
