The GlenDronach distillery, established in 1826, is located in the Forgue valley, near Huntly, Aberdeenshire and is named after the source its water; the Dronac burn. Lying just on the edge of the Speyside boundary, GlenDronach is officially classed as a Highland malt. The GlenDronach 12 year old Original has been matured in a combination of the finest Oloroso and Pedro Ximenez Sherry casks. It is non chill filtered and of natural colour. This expression captures a warm, rich oak and sherry sweetness.

The GlenDronach Sauternes Wood Finish expression was initially matured in European oak before being finished in a very small batch of Sauternes wine barrels giving this whisky its own unique flavour.The nose delivers torrents of fresh fruits with apricots, nectarines, honeydew melon and over ripe banana. The palate sees wildflower honey floods with sweet sultanas and green apples, a dusting of ground almonds, vanilla and creamy toasted oak. The finish is sweet, fresh and fragrant.

Bottled at 46% abv, non chill-filtered and at natural colour, this single malt is matured in European Oak before being transferred to a small batch of the finest Virgin Oak casks for finishing, imparting a unique flavour and aroma to the liquid which has produced 6,159 bottles.The nose offers toasted oak with smoky attributes emerging before tropical fruits rise with banana and roasted coconut. The palate delivers notes of spiced ginger and cinnamon cake with a smoky twist before creamed coconut, hazelnuts and buttered toast emerge. The finish is a nutty feast with great depth.

Released for their 18th batch of spectacular single cask bottlings, this 30-year-old single malt from GlenDronach has been matured in a single Pedro Ximénez sherry puncheon, personally selected by Master Blender Dr Rachel Barrie, from 1990 to 2020. Just 402 bottles have been produced, each at 51.4% abv and without chill filtration or added colouring.

The nose has exquisite layers of dark chocolate, maraschino cherry and leather, paving way for a rich and jammy palate with flavours of blackberry jam, cherry chocolate and yellow plum. The finish has spiced cocoa and a lingering minerality.

Released for their 18th batch of spectacular single cask bottlings, this 27-year-old single malt from GlenDronach has been matured in a single Oloroso sherry puncheon, personally selected by Master Blender Dr Rachel Barrie, from 1992 to 2020. Just 658 bottles have been produced, each at 53.2% abv and without chill filtration or added colouring.

The nose is rich with sherry soaked raisins, toffee and sultana pudding. Stewed plums greet the palate, alongside apricots, fruitcake and orange caramel brittle, topped off with treacle and clove. 

Released for their 18th batch of spectacular single cask bottlings, this 27-year-old single malt from GlenDronach has been matured in a single Port pipe, personally selected by Master Blender Dr Rachel Barrie, from 1992 to 2020. Just 853 bottles have been produced, each at 48% abv and without chill filtration or added colouring.

The nose is ripe with elegant Victoria plum, date and bramble preserved with waxed orange, rose honey and chocolate. The palate is rich with sultana and walnut cake laced with lemon, ginger and nutmeg, interwoven with the lingering finish of dark chocolate orange.
