Description
Released for their 18th batch of spectacular single cask bottlings, this 27-year-old single malt from GlenDronach has been matured in a single Oloroso sherry puncheon, personally selected by Master Blender Dr Rachel Barrie, from 1992 to 2020. Just 658 bottles have been produced, each at 53.2% abv and without chill filtration or added colouring.
The nose is rich with sherry soaked raisins, toffee and sultana pudding. Stewed plums greet the palate, alongside apricots, fruitcake and orange caramel brittle, topped off with treacle and clove.
