This limited edition expression from The GlenDronach has been crafted in collaboration with Matthew Vaughn, director of the Kingsman film franchise, to mark the release of the latest film in the series, The King’s Man. This 29-year-old release was distilled in 1989 and matured in oloroso sherry casks before being finished in Pedro Ximenez casks. The result is a masterful expression of complexity and depth, truly befitting a Kingsman. Bottled at a strength of 50.1% abv and presented in a luxurious case adorned with the bespoke Kingsman insignia, this expression is limited to just 3,052 bottles worldwide.

Expect notes of autumn fruits, treacle and dates, giving way to winter truffle, raisin and cocoa, before a touch of tobacco leaf and blackberry in the deep, rich finish.

Distilled at GlenDronach in Speyside, this single malt has been aged for a period of ten years, including three years in port pipes sourced from Portugal’s Douro Valley, a region renowned for its exceptional quality port. Bottled at 46% abv, this expression is filled with the rich fruit flavours expected of The GlenDronach.

The nose has plum, bramble and strawberry jam, cherry blossom and sandalwood notes. The palate brings layer upon layer of rich fruits, with blackberries, roasted apple crumble, freshly baked gingerbread and black cherries. The finish has delicious sultanas and orange peel with lingering fruit notes.

Glenfarclas 105 Cask Strength 60% is a great whisky holding all the flavours of all the Glenfarclas in one glass. The smoothness makes the 105 drinkable at cask strength, but the addition of a little water allows its great depth to be fully explored.
