    The nose is fresh with notes of marzipan, malt and honey. The palate has herbal and spicy notes of orange, cloves and pepper. The finish is long and warming with spice carrying through.

    The expression is vibrant and fruity on the nose with aromas of vanilla and citrus at the fore. The palate is sweet with notes of sugar and boiled sweets. The finish lingering and satisyfing with a liqueur-like edge.

    A fantastic Glen Moray single malt. This is a single cask whisky, distilled at Glen Moray Distillery up in Speyside in 2007. It spent 14 years slumbering in a refill hogshead, from which it was carefully extracted in 2021. This has created a beautifully balanced dram, free from chill filtration and artificial colouration. From the master blender Andrew Laing, this is one of Edition Spirit’s finest, and is a yield of only 334 bottles.

    The nose contains beautiful harmonies of sweet, fruity notes with bright citurs and creamy vanilla aromas. The palate gives more orangey notes, with a sweet caramel, and malty backbone. Expect a long, luxurious, gently oaky finish. Superb.
