Selected by founder Ian Croucher, the youngest spirit in the blend was distilled in 2015 and matured in a combination of first-fill and refill barrels. Bottled in June 2025 at 50.7% abv, with natural colour and no chill filtration, it captures the robust character of the region.
On the nose, expect caramelised grapefruits and fresh vanilla pods, leading to a salty, waxy palate with a gentle thread of peat for extra depth. A warm citrus-orange finish, touched with a trace of paraffin, rounds off this distinctive release of just 1,554 bottles.
