It is a blend of pot and column distilled rum. Expect a herbaceous, subtly medicinal quality on the nose, alongside a faint hint of pineapple. The palate is rich in swathes of brown sugar, toffee, caramel, and a peppery heat. The finish continues this pleasant warmth, with turmeric, oaky tannins, and lemon zest.
