Nemiroff is an outstanding Ukranian spirit. This expression is a refreshed take on their signature De Luxe Vodka. After undergoing eleven stages of filtration, the vodka was laid to rest in oak barrels for over three months in order to absorb some woody and spicy flavouring from the cask. Bottled at 40% abv, this is a particularly unique spirit.

A pot still rum from Ninefold Distillery, Lockerbie in Scotland. Bottled by the highly-renowned That Boutique-y Rum Company, the only ingredient that is not found locally is the imported molasses (which you would be hard-pressed to find growing in Scotland, to be fair). This one is matured for 17 months in virgin oak casks, and is limited to 145 bottles, all presented at 59.4% abv. A first-rate, first batch rum.

An cracking expression from O Reizinho bottled by That Boutique-y Whisky Company. This expression was matured for nine months in an ex-Madeira fortified wine cask. Just 488 bottles of this wonderfully bright and well-balanced rum have been produced.

Created in a very different way to the traditional distillation with heated stills, Oxley is a small batch gin made at -5°C in their patented cold distillation method with 14 herbs and botanicals to create a refreshingly unique spirit that is smooth and sippable.
