The first bottling of rum from the Greensand Ridge Distillery by That Boutique-y Rum Company has landed. This pot still rum from England was matured for 18 months in a cask that the distillery had previously used to make apple brandy. This is a release of 444 bottles, is bottled at 52.6% abv, and is an ever so slight gold colour.

Expect citrus notes, butterscotch, and tangy cherry on the nose. The citrus character continues on the palate, with dried spices, lemon peel, and apricot jam. The finish is light, sweet, and herbaceous, with sugary citrus sweetness.
