$205.00 Availability: In StockThe third in the Glenfiddich Experimental Series from Malt Master Brian Kinsman, this Speyside single malt has been finished for six months in French oak icewine casks from the renowned Peller Estate winery in Niagara, Canada. After visiting the estate in January 2016, Kinsman experimented with various combinations of Glenfiddich and icewine casks, finding that only the rarer whiskies could cope with the extra intensity. The result is Winter Storm, a limited edition 21 year old bottled at 43% abv. First released in October 2017, the long-awaited second batch is now available.The nose has tropical fruit notes and candied sweets with an underlying wine character. The palate has soft candied fruits, Turkish Delight, lychee and a rich drying sensation, before a short and crisp finish. -
Glenglassaugh 10 Year Old Cask #2140
$91.00 Availability: In StockThis latest Rare Cask Release is a Highland single malt whisky that was hand selected and bottled exclusively for the U.K. It spent its ten year long maturation in an Oloroso sherry puncheon, and has yielded 713 bottles in the release. Distilled on the 4th of June 2010, this arrives at a hearty strength of 57% abv. This expression is free from chill filtration and artificial colouring.
The nose is full of a plethora of berry fruits, with a certain cocoa dryness accompanying ground coffee notes. The palate is a big hit of vanilla, followed by pineapple, coconut milk, and banana. The finish is long, lingering, with hints of creaminess.

A rich nose,with sweet Sherry notes, dried fruit and spices. A hint of oak and yet more sherry, chocolate and spice on the palate. Rich with lingering coffee which develops into a Cadbury’s Fruit & Nut finish.

Located on the Banffshire Coast, one mile west of the fishing village of Portsoy, Glenglassaugh is a true coastal distillery, and looks out over the white sandy beach of Sandend Bay. The distillery is just outside the Speyside region in the North East of Scotland making it a Highland distillery. The Glenglassaugh 40 year old was matured in American Oak barrels and European Oak hogsheads, balanced with Pedro Ximenez and Oloroso Sherry casks. This syrupy and complex expression is non chill filtered and of natural colour. -

A 50 year old single malt, only 264 bottles have been released. The 40.1% abv bottling has been finished in Pedro Ximénez sherry casks from AndalucÃa, Spain. Incredibly, the Glenglassaugh Distillery has been shut down and reopened, all during this expression’s 50 year long maturation.
Matured in coastal warehouses, this is a transcendent harmony of flavours. Deep layers of figs and blackberry arrive on the nose. Almond, refined oak, caramelised pear, and soft exotic cherries offer a seductive sweetness on the palate. The finish is exceptional, a balance between a deep sweetness, tropical notes, and a gentle ocean breeze. Flavour notes arrive like waves, rolling and intensifying with each sip. A showstopper.

This whisky was distilled and filled to cask 3301 on 15th February 1963, and has been maturing ever since. This is the oldest cask in Glenglassaugh’s inventory.Non chill filtered, of natural colour and bottled at natural cask strength on 14th of May 2014. One of only 191 bottles, bottled at 41.7% abv. Each bottle is hand-numbered, and comes with a certificate of authenticity signed by our Master Distiller and part-owner Billy Walker. -

This expression has been matured in a mixture of first and refill bourbon casks, this was finished for 6 months in first-fill oloroso sherry butts.
A sweet nose with chocolate, caramel, nuts and sherry. Some fresh berries and a little oak develop into a sweet and creamy taste, with more fruits and continued chocolate sweetness. A whisper of oak leads to a warming finish, sherry, caramel and spice are all present.

$493.00 Availability: In StockGlengoyne 25 Year Old is a spectacular single malt that has been matured exclusively in hand-selected sherry casks for a quarter of a century. This expression was added to Glengoyne’s core range in 2014 and has been bottled at 48% abv.
The nose has red fruits, leather and brown sugar on the nose, with soft oak, cinnamon, stewed fruits and a Seville marmalade tang on the palate. The finish is very long with spicy liquorice.

Glengoyne 30 Year Old
$899.00 Availability: In StockThis 30-year-old single malt is an annual release from Glengoyne, matured for three decades in hand-selected sherry casks, of which a single batch typically consists of just 13 casks. This release is limited to just 5,200 bottles, each one individually numbered and presented at a strength of 46.8% abv.
The nose is rich in black cherry and marmalade, with sherry trifle and rum and raisin chocolate. The palate brings bursts of sweetness and plum compote with tangy marmalade, cinnamon and cloves. the finish is drying with soft oak notes and cinnamon.

Glengoyne 36 Year Old Russell Family Cask
$3,600.00 Availability: In StockThree generations of whisky-expertise, finding harmony in one expression. The backstory with this is that it underwent a phenomenal 36 years of aging in a refill sherry butt. The story goes that at a Sunday lunch at Peter Russell’s house, Tom brought some samples for the Glengoyne single cask. This specific cask blew them away. It is the only time that one cask has been unanimously agreed upon as the best. More than that though, they have chosen this bottle to celebrate the three generations of Russell’s master distillers. A very limited release of 402 bottles is available. Distilled in 1984, this was only brought up in 2021. Free from chill filtration, this comes with a cask-imparted colour, as is presented at 50.7% abv.
Light aromas of sherbert, mint, lemon meringue pie, stewed apples, coconut, cinnamon, strawberry and leather arise on the nose. Notes of tropical fruits arrive on a rich, creamy palate, complementing other flavours of chocolate, cherry, and dried banana. The finish is beautifully sherried, spicy, and pleasing. Top-marks.
