Both of these casks were at a natural strength, and the resulting marriage is bottled at 60.2% abv. This is a yield of only 266 bottles, and this is the twelfth batch of this dram.
Discover apricot jam, Manuka honey, ginger, pepper, cinnamon and a subtle twist of oak on the nose. The palate is mouth coating, warming, and has a particular weight to it. You can expect notes of baked apple, dried fruit, apricot and pineapple. The finish combines these elements in an oily finish that goes down with a kick of spice. A controlled, delicately balanced success story.

The palate is rich, smooth and sweet, with spicy oak and liquorice amidst fruity aspects. Treacle toffee and aniseed turn to lemon zest and herbs. The finish is sweetly fragrant and spicy with fresh mint and charred oak. -
