Bottled exclusively for us at The Whisky Shop, Bladnoch present this Select Cask single malt which has been wholly aged in a single Canasta sherry butt for over 18 years. Known for its creamy sweetness, Canasta sherry casks are notably rare in whisky maturation. The Lowland whisky has been bottled at 50.0% abv, as one of only 366 drawn from the cask.
Expect rich aromas of milk chocolate on the nose, alongside touches of apricots and almonds. The palate brings forth flavours of vanilla pods, raisins and sandalwood, before a sweet, drying finish.
