Distilled in 1949, the expression spent an eye-watering 72 years maturing in a first fill sherry puncheon before being bottled by Gordon & MacPhail in 2022 at 48.6% abv.
The nose is full of baked forest fruits, fresh vanilla, and plenty of sherry influence before leading to an inviting palate with notes of apple pie, vibrant citrus, and caramel. The finish is lingering with toffee apple and a gentle hint of smoke.

The nose is full of apple pie, candied orange peel, and dried fruit before leading to an inviting palate with notes of toasted hazelnuts, stewed plums, and citrus zest. The finish is long, sweet, and full of Christmas spices.

Distilled in 2009 and bottled in 2023, the Miltonduff expression has been matured in a single carefully selected refill bourbon barrel for 13 years. Presented at 46% abv, free from chill filtration and at natural colour. One of only 276 bottles.
Expect notes of treacle, cinnamon and nutmeg on the nose, leading to a palate full of toffee, chocolate and mixed spice flavours which linger on well into the finish.

Ming River Baijiu
$45.00 Availability: In StockFrom the Sichuan province of China comes Ming River Baijiu – ‘Baijiu’ meaning ‘white spirit’ – made from sorghum grains that have fermented for three to four months. The mash is distilled using pot stills, with the final result laid to rest for at least two years before being bottled at 45% abv.Â
Loved for its tropical flavours, Ming River makes a great drink served neat, or as a base for a wide range of cocktails, especially Daquiris. The nose has aromas of green apple peel followed by a tropical fruit medley of papaya, guava and melon. Spicy on the palate, anise and pineapple make way for a long and mellow finish.

$147.00 Availability: In StockInspired by the myth of a moonlit beast of Dufftown, this is a Mortlach 13 Year Old that packs a punch. Cask strength at 55.9% abv, this was distilled in 2007. It spent its slumber in a mixture of virgin and refill American oak casks, and has a cask-imparted colour. This dram is also free from any chill filtration.
Aromas of freshly oiled wood arrive on the nose, alongside roast pheasant, redcurrant jelly, and heather pollen. The smooth texture envelops the palate, with notes of spicy oak, chilli pepper, and an intense vanilla sweetness. The finish is powerful, with a peppery glow combining with fruit and spiciness.
