Proper No. Twelve is a blended Irish whiskey produced by former UFC lightweight and featherweight champion, Conor McGregor. This expression is an apple-infused twist on the triple-distilled classic, which is crafted with the help of former Bushmills distillery manager David Elder. Bottled at 35% abv.

With key notes of crisp and fresh Irish apple, try it neat, over ice, in a cocktail or a straight shot.

Puerto de Indias Strawberry Gin is the only pink gin made with distilled fresh strawberries. Distilled in Seville in one of the oldest distilleries in the Andalusia region, Puerto de Indias dates back to 1880 with the name relating to the discovery of the Americas when Seville was a port city for exchanging goods with the New World. The nose is relatively bitter with hints of tobacco. The palate is full of smoke that is fabulously complemented by sweet hints of Demerera sugar which continues into the drying finish.

On the nose, there is rich maple syrup and gentle floral notes. The palate is particularly sweet and well-rounded before leading into the smooth finish.

The nose is delicate and floral with notes of honeysuckle, iris, hazelnut and fig. The palate brings a myriad of complex flavours with melting sensations of candied fruit, before a long and smooth finish.

This Japanese gin takes its name from the Japanese for ‘six’, representing the six uniquely Japanese botanicals that set this spirit apart: yuzu peel, sakura flower, sakura leaf, sencha tea, gyokuro tea and sansho pepper. Harvested in accordance with ‘shun’, the moment of peak flavour, these botanicals are steeped and then distilled before being blended together with 8 traditional gin botanicals including juniper, angelica seed and cardamom.

The nose has sweet cherry blossom and green tea. The palate is complex but harmonious; a traditional gin base topped by yuzu (Japanese citrus fruit) with a silky smooth texture. The finish crisp with a touch of sansho pepper spice.

A wonderfully intricate Guatemalan rum. And on top of this, it arrives with two elegantly shaped Zapaca branded glasses. A true sipping rum, this was matured in a combination of sherry and bourbon casks. This expression was made using the solera system, which uses many casks each with a mixture of ages. This rum uses a blend of rums aged from 6 to 23 years and has won a multitude of awards over the years.

Expect a rich nose, with big swathes of caramel, toffee, bananas, orange, cinnamon spice, and cocoa. The palate is full of apple, cognac, vanilla, and dried fruits. The finish is long and smooth, sugary, with hints of smoke, honey, and sugary notes. Divine.
