The palate introduces flavours of apple stewed with warming spices and served with vanilla custard, with further notes of banana, charred oak, and milk chocolate. The finish is fruity and spiced. 

A stunning Orkney single malt, this Scapa 21 Year Old was carefully matured in ex-American Oak casks, before being bottled at 48% abv. 

On the nose, homemade apricot jam with fresh raspberries drizzled over ripe bananas and whipped cream. Hints of aromatic oak and subtle nutmeg. On the palate fresh peaches and mangoes wrapped in vanilla cream and condensed milk, with sprinkles of shortbread spiced with cardamon and cinnamon. The finish is sweet and syrupy.

Bottled at 56.3% ABV and drawn from cask #191681, only 281 bottles were released, making it a rare find. This 10-year-old Islay single malt is a must-try for those seeking a dynamic whisky with plenty of character.

The latest release from Smokehead is a powerful single malt free from chill filtration. This expression comes from an undisclosed Islay distillery and has been bottled by Ian Macleod Distillers Ltd.

On the nose, there are aromas of ginger, malt, and vanilla. The palate has intense smoke, complemented by cracked black pepper, toasted nuts, and rich dark chocolate before moving into the dry, nutty, and medicinal finish.

Spey 18 Year Old is an elegant single malt from the Speyside Distillery. This whisky is matured in superbly selected sherry casks, which imbue it with complexity. Bottled at 46% ABV, it is free from chill filtration, retaining its natural depth.
