This bottling has undergone a three-year second maturation in a heavily charred #4 hogshead. The intensity of the cask marries beautifully with the robust spirit, producing layers of complexity. Bottled at 56.4% abv, it is a powerful Highland malt full of character.
Expect rich flavours of dark chocolate, interwoven with the evocative scent of fresh-cut wood. The palate is bold yet balanced, with smoky depth and a lasting finish.
