The delicate and complex character of The Glenlivet 12 Year Old derives from the height and width of stills at Glenlivet Distillery. This expression is first matured in traditional oak, before spending time in American oak, which imparts vanilla notes and gives the whisky its distinct smoothness. Bottled at 40% abv.

Expect fruity and summery notes on the nose, which lead to a well-balanced palate with strong flavours of pineapple and subtle vanilla. A long, creamy and smooth finish closes this magnificently fresh dram.

The Glenlivet 15 year old’s distinctive character is the result of selective maturation; a proportion of the spirit is matured in a selection of French Oak casks for a limited period, so as not to overpower the final result.

The Glenlivet was one of the first distilleries to use French Oak in the whisky making process, a technique that has since been imitated by many others.

The French Oak also increases the intensity of the whisky, resulting in a richer and creamier finish.

The Hearach is a historic whisky inspired by their home on the small Outer-Hebridean island. The first legal dram from Harris, every drop has been made by local people to revive the distilling culture that was lost in the 1840s. It has been matured for a minimum of five years, in a combination of first-fill ex-bourbon casks and Oloroso and Fino sherry butts, and is lightly peated at 12-15ppm. Presented at 46% abv, free from chill filtration and at natural colour.

Entirely matured in first-fill Oloroso sherry butts for a bold and deeply aromatic spirit, the whisky is distilled, matured, married and bottled on the island. Bottled at 46% abv, free from chill filtration and at natural colour.

The rich dram features notes of orange peel, warming spices, fireside smoke, and toasted hazelnuts that evoke a cosy winter evening – an antidote to the cooler nights as the evenings become longer and the autumnal chill sets in.
