A stunning Orkney single malt, this Scapa 10 Year Old was carefully matured in ex-American Oak casks, before being bottled at 48% abv.
On the nose, expect fresh slices of pineapple and mango ice cream leading into moreish creme brulee, honey-topped pancakes and cinnamon buns with a hint of citrus peel. The palate introduces flavours of apple stewed with warming spices and served with vanilla custard, with further notes of banana, charred oak, and milk chocolate. The finish is fruity and spiced.
