On the nose, there is thick toffee, sandalwood, and boiled sweets. The palate brings vanilla, honey, and cinnamon sugar before leading into the sweet and satisfying finish.

$70.00 Availability: In StockDescribed as ‘a whisky where nature and artistry converge’ this Brume Dorée  (‘golden mist’) cask matured SPEY 12 year old was left to age in innovative French casks. Using virgin oak, the casks uses water mist and controlled heat to open the wood’s pores, enhancing the oak-spirit interaction.
Beginning life with a 120-hour fermentation and slow distillation, before resting for 12 years, this release was bottled at 57.6% abv. The nose is rich and inviting with vanilla infused toffee and cardamom spices, underlaid with cranberry jam.
