$33.00 Availability: In StockNamed after the 135° East meridian that crosses Akashi City in the Hyogo prefecture, this Japanese gin from Kaikyo distillery is inspired by Japan’s important Taisho period – a time when Eastern culture merged with Western culture. By combining botanicals from East and West, three traditional ones from Europe and five uniquely Japanese ones – all sourced from small local producers and the best specialists in Japan – Master Distiller Kimio Yonezawa has created a new innovative and unconventional type of gin: the “Hyogo Dry Gin”.
Expect a powerful floral aroma over scents of citrus fruits. The palate is silky and balanced with citrus, bitter and floral notes, while sansho pepper gives it a warm, peppery finish.

This ongoing release brings together equal parts of the distillery’s peated and unpeated single malt, marrying six carefully selected first-fill ex-bourbon barrels.
Bottled at a robust 54% ABV, this whisky opens on the nose with floral honey and creamy vanilla, lifted by a gentle wisp of sweet smoke. Hints of toffee apple and buttery citrus add a playful brightness. The palate is rich and velvety, unfolding layers of vanilla cream, tropical pineapple, and juicy clementine, all wrapped in notes of malty shortbread and gentle oak spice. The finish lingers long with vanilla sweetness, soft smoke, and warming oak, a perfect balance of light and dark from the two whisky styles within.

Initially matured for three years in first-fill ex-bourbon barrels, this whisky has a secondary maturation of six years and three months in virgin American white oak hogshead from Kelvin Cooperage, Kentucky, this bottling is limited to 180 bottles.
Bottled on 30th October 2025 at 54% ABV, this expression is non-chill filtered and bottled at natural colour. It offers a rich and complex tasting profile, with notes of dark fruits, toffee, salted caramel, BBQ smoke, bright orange zest, and a long-lasting oak spice finish.

An initial maturation in first-fill bourbon casks was completed, before a lengthy second maturation in French Cognac casks for three years and four months. Bottled in 2024, at 58% abv. One of only 2250 bottles.
On the nose experience notes of red apples and poached pear with soft vanilla ice cream, a dash of runny honey, and a hint of floral sweet smoke. The palate is creamy and smooth with notes of toffee apple, poached pear, leading to rich salted caramel and baked apple crumble. An elegant and delicate finish, with notes of melon, lemon, and a welcome wisp of sweet smoke.

A fresh and fruity dram, it combines concerto barley with the purest spring water from Loch Katrine from the hills above Glasgow. A slow distillation aids in a sweet, fruit new-make, which is matured in ex-bourbon casks including a finish in American virgin oak. Bottled at 46% abv, free from chill filtration and at natural colour.
Aromas open with dried dark fruits, tropical notes, biscuit and fresh cut grass. The palate has sweet butterscotch with a creme brulee char, pear, dates, almond and shortbread. The finish showcases marmalade, nutmeg and wood spice.

Distilled slowly in traditional copper pot stills using the incredibly pure water of Loch Katrine, Glasgow 1770 Peated is matured in American virgin oak casks and finished in Pedro Ximénez sherry casks.
Bottled at 46% ABV, non-chill filtered and natural in colour, this single malt offers floral and welcoming sweet BBQ smoke on the nose with floral undertones throughout. Notes of rich toffee and dark fruits combine on the palate with hints of tobacco leaf and dried apricots before a wonderfully rich and long finish with a hint of spice.

$50.00 Availability: In StockThe Glasgow distillery opened its doors in 2012 and is the first new independent single malt whisky distillery in Glasgow city to do so since 1902. With the knowledge that first impressions last, the distillery has taken the greatest care when crafting this fine malt. Using only the finest Scottish barley and the purest water taken from Loch Katrine to create the spirit before maturing it in a first fill ex-bourbon cask and finishing it in a virgin oak cask to create a wonderfully complex whisky.
With notes of dark fruits and toffee filling the nose and eventually mellowing into delicate floral notes, dark chocolate and pepper. The palate is sweet and smooth with strong flavours of butterscotch, freshly sliced pear that transform into a woody and citrus filled finish.

With only 652 bottles available, this first-ever Syrah cask release from Glasgow Distillery is a bold and flavourful addition to any whisky collection.
Bottled at a robust 59.3% ABV, this unpeated, double-distilled single malt offers vibrant notes of fresh strawberries, black cherries, raspberries, dark chocolate, and a touch of pink peppercorn spice. The nose reveals luscious layers of dark fruits, vanilla and toasted oak, leading to a palate rich with berries, cream, and a backdrop of espresso and liquorice.

$66.00 Availability: In StockFrom the Glasgow Distillery Co, this limited edition release is a marriage of four first-fill bourbon casks, which completed a second maturation in Hungarian Tokaji casks for three years and six months. An unpeated expression, filled into just 1300 bottles at 54.8% abv in 2024.
The nose opens with rich tropical fruit, oranges, dried apricots and soft toffee, and hints of floral jasmine. The palate is rich and robust, with flavours of floral honey, mango, pineapple, orange peel and a hint of nutmeg and cinnamon, before the finish brings forth creamy cashew nuts, planed oak and a lasting soft peppery spice.

1770 Glasgow Triple Distilled Whisky
$52.00 Availability: In StockFrom The Glasgow Distillery Co., comes the Glasgow 1770 Triple Distilled single malt Scotch. The mix of concerto malted barley and water from the pure Loch Katrine is slowly distilled three times in traditional copper pot stills. Doing so in order to remove oiler compounds from the liquid, the resulting whisky is an incredibly light and smooth drink. Aged in a combination of ex-bourbon and virgin American oak casks, it is bottled at 46% abv and is free from chill filtration with natural colour. A sophisticated and well-balanced single malt from the Scottish Whisky Distillery of the Year 2020.
The nose arises scents of stoned fruits and caramel, leading to roasted nuts and aniseed. A touch of vanilla infused tea follows. On the palate, flavours of New York cheesecake, soft pears and spicy cocoa. To finish, that vanilla essence goes on and on.

1792 Bottled In Bond
$50.00 Availability: In Stock1792 Bottled in Bond is a particularly spicy expression, most likely due to its high rye content of between 15 and 25%. Abiding by the rules sets as part of the Bottled in Bond Act, passed all the way back in 1897, the whiskey is bottled at 100 proof (or 50% ABV). The act also ensures the whiskey comes from a single distillery, from a single season and is aged for at least 4 years.
The nose carries sweet aromas of milk chocolate and orchard fruits that develop into a baked fruit pie on the palate, alongside notes of creamy vanilla, cinnamon and toffee apples that linger on in the finish.
