The nose is vibrant and full to the brim with tropical fruits. The palate is fabulously smoky which is wonderfully balanced with sweet hints of caramel. This smokiness continues in the palate with notes of Christmas cake present.

Expect aromas of tarte tartin, calvados caramel creme and dark fruit compote on the nose, leading to a palate of candied oranges, fruit salad, and sherry-influenced fig and stewed date flavours. On the close, clean malt is mixed with vanilla and spices, with PX sherry flavours on the tail.Â
