A stunning 24-year-old Fettercairn bottled by The Loch Fyne. This expression matured until February 2020 in an ex-bourbon hogshead before being re-racked to a first fill Sauternes cask. This well-aged limited release is free from chill filtration and artificial colouring. It is bottled at a robust cask strength of 53.6% abv. A dram that celebrates everything that is so wonderful about Fettercairn!

Expect aromas of almonds, banana, dates, fresh ginger, and tropical fruits. The palate is full of dark chocolate, pistachios, and poached pear with a hint of espresso coffee. The finish brings orange zest, sultanas, and treacle.

From one of the oldest malt distilleries in Speyside, this rich and floral Glen Grant is truly impressive. At 24 years old, its impressive cask strength of 61.8% abv is a testament to the tightness of the cask staves, locking in all that flavour. This was matured in a bourbon barrel until 2020 and was then finished in a first-fill ex-Sauternes cask for approximately one year.

Expect to encounter notes of exotic fruits, dark chocolate and toasted marshmallow.

From The Loch Fyne, this Ledaig expression from the Isle of Mull has been bottled as a part of their Fynest range. Aged solely in a single refill sherry cask for 26 years, the peated single malt has been presented at a massive 65.6% abv. One of only 427 bottles.

Expect hints of liquorice, espresso and black pepper. Some gentle waves of peat allow for an additional layer of complexity. 

The Loch Fyne Fynest Ledaig 1996 27-Year-Old is a limited-edition release from the Loch Fyne brand with only 848 bottles available. Drawn from cask #70 and bottled at 64.1% ABV, this latest addition to the Loch Fyne Fynest range was matured solely in a refill sherry cask. Expect a sumptuous profile of toasted barley, sweet liquorice, smoked tea and dried fruits. Try it with a drop of water to uncover some hidden dark fruits notes.

Hand-selected by the team at Loch Fyne Whiskies for their range of single cask releases, this limited edition 12 year old was distilled at Glenrothes in January 2005. Matured in sherry cask #2012 until bottling in September 2017 at a preferred strength of 46% abv. Only 1035 bottles have been produced, each one free from artificial colouring and chill-filtration.Light and delicate aromas with a subtle candied sweetness of raspberry ripple ice-cream, sugary jelly babies and strawberry sherbet, a touch of mint arrives over time. It has an oily texture on the palate and is both fruity and floral with rose, marzipan and over ripe plums the dominant flavours. A touch of water draws out strawberry and vanilla notes then a finish of soft oak and tobacco leaf balanced with the fruitier flavours consistent with this easy drinking Speysider.

Distilled at Glentauchers in Speyside in March 2007 and aged for ten years in a single sherry cask before being bottled for The Loch Fyne range of single casks, this Speyside single malt is limited to just 1,184 bottles and is presented at a preferred strength of 46% abv.Mellow and rounded on the nose, with notes of fudge and light spice. The palate is sweet with a big texture; toffee, nougat and fondant sitting atop an ashy base. the finish is pleasantly bitter with chocolate and a touch of smoke.

Bottled by Loch Fyne Whiskies, this Glentauchers expression has been decanted from a single european sherry oak cask, specially selected from their unique and exceptional cask collection. Aged for 15 years, the Speyside single malt is presented at a massive 61.2% abv. One of only 850 bottles.

Loch Fyne Whiskies has produced another gem of a liqueur using the classic ingredients of honey and ginger as its base and laced with a helping of the famous Loch Fyne Blend. At 25% abv, it is meant to be quaffed, ideally from the fridge, at any time of the day, as the occasion suits. A perfect accompaniment for opening the presents on Christmas Day!

Sweet and pleasantly light, the Loch Fyne Honey & Ginger Liqueur will transition effortlessly from winter to spring and even summer.
