Elegance defined. This Glenlivet single malt whisky was bottled by Signatory Vintage as part of their Cask Strength Collection series. Distilled in 2006, this expression spent 16 years slumbering in a single first-fill sherry butt before 603 bottles were filled in 2022 at 57.9% abv. This Speyside dram is free from artificial colouring.

This 30-year-old Symington’s Choice single cask is a vivid demonstration of why the Glenrothes is one of the best in the business for exceptional maturation. Distilled in 1995 and bottled in 2026 from a single first-fill Oloroso Sherry Butt, cask #6979 has been maturing quietly for three decades.

At 54.6% ABV, this is the most assertive of the Symington’s Choice 30-year-old Speyside expressions, bottled at full cask strength with natural colour. 

An outstanding expression that must be tried by any Speyside fan. This Knockando was distilled on 14th November 2011 and spent ten years maturing in five de-charred and re-charred hogsheads. The single malt was bottled on 17th June 2022 by Signatory Vintage as part of their Un-Chillfiltered Collection at 46% abv. 

Distilled on November 4, 1998, this 1998 vintage Laphroaig was matured in a bourbon barrel for 25 years before being bottled in 2024 at natural cask strength and colour. Part of the Symington’s Choice series from Laphroaig, this is one of only 178 bottles filled from cask #10495, and was bottled at 54.9% abv.

Expect signature Laphroaig flavours of peat smoke, sea salt and iodine, with a lingering spiciness of white pepper and toasted oak.

Bottled by Signatory Vintage as a part of their Cask Strength Collection, this limited edition single malt hails from Linkwood distillery. The Speyside expression has been matured for 26 years in a single bourbon hogshead cask, with a yield of only 333 bottles. Presented at 53.0% abv, free from chill filtration and at natural colour. 

Part of the 100 Proof Exceptional Collection, distilled at Linkwood distillery in Speyside, and lovingly aged by Signatory Vintage in first fill PX Sherry and second-fill Oloroso sherry casks, this small batch release was bottled at 17 years old. Presented at an impressive 57.1% abv, free from chill filtration and at natural colour.

Linkwood 15-Year-Old 2009 Symington’s Choice #8 – a single malt from a distillery known for its refined and elegant drams. With influences of oak and sherry from its time spent in first-fill Oloroso sherry butts, this 15 year old release is another outstanding expression in Signatory Vintage’s portfolio of exquisite flavours.

Bottled at 56.2% abv, expect a nose of honey and vanilla sweetness, a palate of spiced orchard fruits and a warming finish of oak and sherry.

Another bottling for Signatory Vintage’s renowned 100 Proof Editions range, this malt comes courtesy of Speyside distillery, Linkwood. A 14 year old that was matured in a marriage of first-fill Oloroso sherry casks and refill hogsheads, this release is bottled at a strong 57.1% abv, a strength which amplified the richness of its palate.

This bottling from Signatory Vintage was distilled at Macduff Distillery in 2011, and matured in first fill and refill sherry butts for 13 years before being bottled at 57.1% abv. 

Signatory Vintage Mannochmore 2008 16 Year Old Symington’s Choice #6 is a limited-edition single malt whisky has been aged for in a single cask, with its final maturation taking place in a first-fill Pedro Ximénez sherry hogshead. The result is a whisky with a rich, sherried complexity, offering a depth of flavour that reflects its exceptional cask ageing. With only 338 bottles available this cask strength (54.5% ABV) expression showcases the distinctive character of Mannochmore, enhanced by the luxurious influence of Pedro Ximénez cask maturation.

On the nose, rich cherry jam is accompanied by warming oak spice, while the palate delivers a delightful balance of red berry tart followed by a subtle crack of black pepper. The finish lingers with milk chocolate praline and a luxurious, fruity sweetness on the palate.
