Matured for 30 years in a refill sherry butt before being bottled at 54.5% abv, the liquid is full of a waxy, savoury character, folded between layers of rich sherry, sweet dried fruits, and a hint of spice. 

Distilled at the highly regarded Clynelish distillery in Brora, this is the 77th release in Signatory Vintage’s 100 Proof Series. The 10 year old expression showcases one of Scotland’s most distinctive Highland malts, matured in a combination of Refill Oloroso Sherry Hogsheads and New Wood Hogsheads, the expression preserves the waxy, coastal character that makes Clynelish popular.

Presented at 57.1% ABV and bottled without chill-filtration at natural colour, the higher strength amplifies the wonderful flavour profile.

This Symington’s Choice bottling from Signatory Vintage’s Cask Strength Collection hails from Edradour distillery. Aged for 23 years in a first-fill Oloroso sherry butt, the single malt has been presented at a robust 56.2% abv. One of only 656 bottles.

This 10 Year Old Edradour from the Un-Chillfiltered Collection by Signatory Vintage is a superb example of the distillery’s rich and characterful Highland style. Distilled in 2015 and matured exclusively in a first-fill Oloroso sherry butt, this single malt delivers an abundance of depth, warmth, and sherry-driven sweetness.

Bottled at a natural 46% ABV the nose opens with rich aromas of stewed orchard fruits and ripe apricots, laced with vanilla pods and soft baking spice. The palate follows with layers of dried fruit, toffee, and sweet malt, balanced by hints of Easter biscuits and gentle oak warmth. This gorgeous Highland single malt from Glen Ord has been independently bottled by Signatory Vintage as part of their Un-Chillfiltered series. Distilled on 7th October 2008, this expression spent 13 years maturing in a pair of hogsheads before being bottled at 46% abv on 16th June 2022.
