Harveys V.O.R.S. (meaning ‘Vinum Optimum Rare Signatum’ but often expressed in English as ‘Very Old Rare Sherries’) are a series of Sherries that are certified by the Consejo Regulador de la Denominacion de Origin to be more than 30 years of age. This Amontillado sherry was drawn from a solera founded in 1914.
