Three distinct drams of Glengoyne Highland single malt, and enough in each 20cl bottle to really get a feel for each of them. Included in this deluxe gift pack is the 12 Year Old, the limited-edition white oak, and the 15 Year Old. These are called Time Capsules because for every minute other whiskies spend in their stills, Glengoyne’s whiskies spends three. Then it is transferred to casks, which are themselves prepared for six years before use.

One of the few remaining Lowland distilleries, Glenkinchie’s rural location amid fields of barley, just twenty miles from the hustle and bustle of the capital, makes this ‘The Edinburgh Malt’.

Distilled using some of Scotland’s largest stills; matured for 12 years, the result is a light, fresh and floral whisky.

A Tale of Spices is a limited-edition single malt from Glenmorangie, inspired by the rich colours and aromas of bustling spice markets. Crafted under the vision of Dr Bill Lumsden, it is matured in a unique combination of Moroccan red wine casks, new charred oak, Pedro Ximénez sherry, and shaved toasted red wine casks, delivering layers of depth rarely seen in whisky. Bottled at 46% ABV and non-chill filtered, it is a bold, sensorial journey that showcases Glenmorangie’s flair for innovation.

On the nose, expect floral notes of rose, jasmine and lilac with an array of exotic spices including cumin, saffron, nutmeg and ginger. The palate bursts with lively spice including black pepper, ginger and mustard seed, softened by mint toffee, demerara sugar and almonds, lifted by eucalyptus and finishing with clove, leather and peppermint. 

The Glenmorangie 12 Year Old Original is a hallmark of elegance. Aged for 12 years in American white oak ex-bourbon casks, this Highland single malt is bottled at 40% ABV. Its smooth, light profile is perfect for newcomers and connoisseurs alike. A swirling kaleidoscope of creamy vanilla and bright citrus flavours, drizzled with honey and peach.

This 18-year-old Speyside single malt from The Glenrothes distillery in Rothes, is matured for its full lifetime in sherry-seasoned oak casks. With sleek new packaging for 2024, the whisky is presented in a luxurious purple presentation tin. Bottled at 43% abv.

On the nose, aromas of orange oil, vanilla pods, and almonds fill the nose, before a smooth palate of ginger, rose water, vanilla and pear. The finish is sweet, spicy and with a slight hint of pepper.

This 2023 core release from The Glenturret has been made with peated malt, paying homage to its firm place in the distillery’s history. Records show that The Glenturret dug peat from the mosses at their water source for whisky production in the early 1800’s, however this expression celebrates the varying sources of peat procured for their smokier whiskies. The Highland single malt has been matured for a decade in a combination of first-fill and second-fill European and American oak casks, before being bottled at 48.4% abv.

Expect dark smoke, citrus and vanilla on the nose, followed by a palate full of salted caramel and smoky wood spices which drift into the distance.

A celebration of both innovation and Irish heritage in one bottling! 

For lovers of innovation and all things unique, we present this – the first single pot still Irish whiskey to be finished in Bordeaux casks! And not just any Bordeaux at that, these casks were specially selected. They previously housed Château Léoville Barton, a well-known and loved grand cru Château, taking its name from Thomas Barton, an Irish winemaker whose descendants still run Léoville Barton to this day.  The liquid is first matured in a combination of ex-Oloroso Sherry, first-fill American oak, and ex-bourbon barrels, before its final finishing. Expect notes of tart fruit, warm spices, and honey.
